Will not let me change format of my question
Keeps reverting my check-boxes answer selection back to multiple choice (which I thought multiple choice would mean people could select multiple choices but it only allows for one answer). When I realized I needed checkboxes it will not let me change it no matter what I do and it says “save successful” but still not updated.

Error creating form
I downloaded the app specifically to create forms for educational and recreational purposes and none work. After attempting to create/generate your form, I receive a message instantly stating error creating form. Definitely seeming like a waste of money and I am going to cancel.

I downloaded this app, thinking it was the Google forms. Of course, it would not allow me to move forward with using the app until I selected a pricing plan. It stated that I had a three day free trial however, within minutes, it had already charged my card on file for the price of an entire year.

I thought it was going to be easy to use. It was but it doesn’t save the options you put in! Idk how they have 1600 good reviews. ALSO this is not a google product it builds google forms for you but is someone else’s app.
