Not the real app
This is not the real forms app and it stole my information
scam
its fake google forms. its glitchy and tries to get you to pay for things or watch ads.
BUNCH OF BS
I have to pay monthly or even weekly for any of the features. Having issues saving projects. It’s just janky in need of updates.
A great google advertising app
DO NOT GET UNLESS YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO USE IT
I'm not sure who at Google thought a mobile version of the Forms app should be absolutely covered in ads! But as someone who's trying to run a business and has a business account, which I pay a pretty penny to use, the Google ecosystem is absolutely ridiculous!
Coming from a person who is putting their full name on a review and has maybe written only a handful of reviews!

Terrible
App
The creators of this app will not allow you to delete the app once installed. Looks like the legit google forms, but it is only a 7 day trial. When you try to delete the app, you can only send an email to the company.
malfunctioning
it won’t allow me to save my edits
Good
It is alsome to use pls Subscribe To EnderJoe1250
Beware!
Its not related to Google, really sketchy
Will not let me change format of my question
Keeps reverting my check-boxes answer selection back to multiple choice (which I thought multiple choice would mean people could select multiple choices but it only allows for one answer). When I realized I needed checkboxes it will not let me change it no matter what I do and it says “save successful” but still not updated.

Error creating form
I downloaded the app specifically to create forms for educational and recreational purposes and none work. After attempting to create/generate your form, I receive a message instantly stating error creating form. Definitely seeming like a waste of money and I am going to cancel.
Glitchy
Keeps shutting down and not saving
good
good
Does NOT Save
Do NOT download this app & waste your time putting something together with this app. It does not save what you have put together & does not allow easy access for others to fill out forms. This is just a waste of space on your phone. Do NOT pay for anything on this app.
Options
Horrible! Hard to generate one simple form.
Won’t let me cancel
Terrible app and waste of money. It’s a scam
Can’t save
Getting errors every time I try to save something I start
