About

Form8 builds a personal 8-week training program around you — not the other way around. Set up your profile (weight, height, age and goal) and Form8 generates your plan and nutrition targets: - Pick your goal: muscle growth, hybrid or fat loss. - Combine strength with running, swimming and/or cycling. - Train 3 to 7 days per week — sessions are spread smartly for recovery. - Allow combo days: strength plus an easy endurance session on the same day. While you train: - Log reps and weight for every set and check them off. - A 2-minute rest timer starts automatically after each set. - Swap any exercise — squat to leg press, dumbbell to machine — for one week or permanently. - Track per-exercise progress: your heaviest set and volume per week. Nutrition that fits you: - Calorie needs and macros are calculated from your profile. - Separate targets for training and rest days, plus a meal plan that scales with you. - Choose your units: metric (kg, cm) or imperial (lbs, ft). Form8 works fully offline. No account needed — all your data stays private on your own device. Nothing is collected or sent. Start today and build your form in 8 weeks.
