Has potential
I discovered Neartail through YouTubing trying to find a low cost platform to help my mom’s side business. The overall service has great potential. As admin, we wish we could access the forms through the app. Additionally, we do a lot of testing as we get more accustomed to the platform, it would be nice to be able to trash orders from any status (in this case, the abandoned status). I wish we should trash in the app too. Or maybe have quick swipe right or left options. Nevertheless, for not needing anything fancy, I like it. Great for small business. Has payment options for the customers. It does the job. Hoping for more improvements soon!

The app is currently designed to make it easier for store owners to manage their orders and communicate with their customers. For now, we recommend using the mobile web app to edit forms and delete abandoned orders. Please note that abandoned orders are drafts created by users, and you’ll be able to delete orders in the Abandoned status only if they are older than 48 hours.
