Disappointing App and No Refund
Very disappointed. The app does not work as expected, especially when it comes to accurate calorie tracking. I realized after a few days that the service simply wasn’t suitable for my needs, so I requested a refund. Unfortunately, my refund request was denied. I understand that refunds may have conditions, but refusing a refund when a customer quickly realizes that the service does not work for them is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this app and regret purchasing the annual subscription.
