Over charging
It gave me a hard time editing my form and the way I want the answers to the questions and it gave me a hard time saving my editing I had to redo the form 6 times on different devices and even when I was already signed into the same account, it kept charging me a new fee if I wanted to send out the Google form to one of my students, even though I had already paid for the subscription me after I already paid several times.

At first I wasn’t sure what I was doing but with time I had managed to learn how to use it properly
Tricky sales tactics
I don’t want to have to X out of a sales page to access the forms I should already have access to. I can’t even click “restore” on the purchase I already made - which makes me think that maybe I’ve made a mistake and need to enter my card info again… which is sneaky and highly unethical. Stop gaslighting us, Google. Do better.

So many pop ups
Insane amount of pop ups, saying upgrade to pro, asking you to rate the app, it’s non stop and makes it impossible to use the app.

how do you manage to be so stingy you put most of the features at pro? and to make it better it’s ‘only’ $10 a week😂😂 putting all types of notifications when a form is submitted in pro is just disappointing. and not being able to view attachments either?? why even allow it in the form

Unable to turn off prompt to upgrade
I down loaded this app thinking it would be useful to keep track of responses.
The main problem I have with it is that every time you open it, a prompt pops up about upgrading and you cannot turn it off. Not a great user experience. Come on google developers, treat your users like adults and provide an option to switch off the prompt.
Once declined, then it’s ok, but that prompt makes it v annoying if you just want basic features.
