Good but need Rename File Functionality
This app is good but when you duplicate a file you can’t rename it. I can’t find this functionality anywhere in the app… so you still have to open Google Drive to rename the file which is annoying. Please add this functionality ASAP.

Best forms app that properly works that I have found. Regular Google Forms did not save my form for me. This one worked tho!

I use this app VERY regularly to aid in collecting responses from my team about scheduling, game days, and contact info. I am suddenly receiving an ”access blocked: authorization error the OAuth client was disabled error 401” message when I try to log in and cannot access ANY of my forms, including a form that I was actively using to collect time sensitive responses. This is a HUGE issue and I have emailed the developer but have yet to hear back.

Wtf!
My account has been completely blocked and I can’t sign in. I use this to collect responses from 2K+ people DAILY and now I’m no longer authorized?!

Misleading Pricing – Charged More Than Advertised
I purchased the “Forms” app because it clearly showed $44.99 for a lifetime purchase, but after payment, I was charged $70 instead. This is completely misleading and unacceptable. There was no prior notice of price change or added tax explanation. I feel deceived — lifetime pricing should be transparent and accurate.
I’ve contacted support but haven’t received a proper explanation or refund. Please fix your pricing or refund the difference. This experience makes me lose trust in the app’s developers. Be careful before purchasing!

This App is a SCAM
I cannot begin to say how disappointed I am with this app and its developers. I originally downloaded it as a way to quickly get to all my Google Forms. Worked like a charm. Then, they got greedy and ruined the whole app! Don’t download it because it’s now a joke!!! Such a scam!
