Opens then quickly closes
Running the app on iPhone XOR. Yeah quickly quickly closes after opening. I can just barely see the home screen and it closed right back down. I’ve uninstall and reinstall the number of times
Quick Login is impossible.
If you enable Face ID login, (which is an option within the app, mind you) then the app will crash and you will have to delete it in order to log back in.
I would not be as upset as I am except that I am seeing similar reviews from years past and the developers have clearly not fixed the problem.

Can’t open app
The app keeps kicking me out once I try to access it. There may be a bug that needs to be fixed. Hope it does sooner than later.

Used to be able to use it just fine...just crashes upon opening now.

App only works during initial download, crashes every other time. Why no ability to approve forms?!
Login Bugs & FaceID Crashes
You have to type your email address and password to login every time you open the app. It doesn’t remember your email/username and password manager doesn’t recognize the fields to populate automatically.
Even better, enabling the option for FaceID Login causes the app to crash on load, so you have to delete the app and download it again.

Worked great for years. Now just crashes.
Hasn’t had an update in a year. New IOS just crashes it.

Great for Viewing BUT NO Approval Function
The App Support doesn’t work so I’m posing the question here. Why don’t I have the functionality to Approve or Deny a form?
Face ID does not work
App crash after I turned the Face ID on. I had to re-download the app. It’s frustrating to sign in every time you open the the app. They need to work on this feature. It’s 2020.

App works fine until you turn on faceID sign in then you have to delete the app and turn it off.

This app desperately needs an update. If not it won't be usable at all soon.

Free app, paid service
Formstack use to offer a free version of the online form builder (which I would have gave 4.5 stars) but as of this morning they discontinued the free platform. It now cost a minimum of $39/month (3/8/17) to collect basic business data such as event registration, surveys, order forms and signup forms. Also you can't adjust the any forms with this app, just view insights.

Non- editable.
The forms need to be editable for use, otherwise it's not helpful.

I love this app. I can easily check who's has purchased what. I wish it had notifications though.

This app is a somewhat functional method to be able to read data from your form. However it's so buggy that it's impossible to use like I intended.
The charts, - which I need to see to tell who's winning a contest - won't load unless you are on wifi... At least that's the message, but I'm on wifi and I have 268 entries in a form and it won't load charts...
Pointless. Stick to the website. This update needs a lot of paint and caulk, and probably some duct tape as well.

Pointless App
What is the point of having an app if you can't edit your forms from it?!?!
Works great except for one big flaw
Please make addresses open up in maps app instead of google maps in safari!!!
Good but needs a bug fix
Once I got logged in, the app worked great. The problem I had was when I first downloaded the app and went to sign in, it told me that there was no network connection. I was connected to my home wifi at the time. I turned off my wifi and it worked just fine. If you logout, your wifi cannot be on to log in.
