Do Not Connect to WiFi
I have called and emailed the company they sent me another formula maker and the app will not connect to it.
Worse App ever!!!
On the second screen, it asks for what formula I use and after I fill in the screen, there is no way to advance. I’m stuck on that screen. Would be nice if the developers tested their code before they release it. They should be embarrassed with this
Look Up Formula screen won’t let you save
I can’t get past the Look Up Formula page. After entering all the formula information manually, the app displays the setting number for that formula, but the Save button stays greyed out, so there’s no way to continue. Scanning the barcode doesn’t work either, it just fails.
I’ve hard reset the Brezza, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and tried it on two different iPhones. Same result every time, so this looks like a bug in the app rather than my device or unit. The hardware is fine, but the app is unusable until the Save button works.

App Error
The app won’t work once I put in the birthday of the baby. It is consistently loading.

Version 1.5.4 still does not fix the infinite wait after entering the baby’s birthday
Baby Brezza Forumla Pro not working !!
Purchased this today and paid all the extra money just for the app not to load after entering the baby’s birth date. Stuck on it buffering. Deleted app and reinstalled and still nothing. Very disappointed. Will not purchase another product from this company .
Refill powder bug error
The Formula Pro Advanced machine itself works well, but the app is extremely unreliable. It constantly displays a “Refill Powder” error even when the hopper is completely full and the machine continues to dispense bottles without any issues.
I’ve tried everything:
* Unplugging and restarting the machine
* Taking it apart and reassembling it
* Refilling the powder hopper multiple times
* Confirming the machine itself works perfectly
The problem exists only in the app, making it clear this is a software synchronization issue. An app that’s supposed to let parents monitor their machine remotely shouldn’t display false error messages. When you’re preparing bottles for a hungry baby, you need to be able to trust the information the app provides.

Refill water error
This machine has been working great so far for me. However, i recently got a refill water error on the app while the machine itself is working fine with no error code. Please fix this.
App doesn’t work
It’s frustrating as it says I need to refill formula and also says missing bottles. The app doesn’t work at all. Don’t waste your time with the wifi formula pro as you will still have to walk to the machine, press the button since the app doesn’t work. Surprising there is no fix or anything with how expensive this thing is.

Can't connect to wifi
Brand new machine and I've tried everything to get it to connect to the wifi. I spent extra $ on this feature and for it not to work sucks. I looked to see if I can do a refund. Apparently there's restock fees 👎
Aggravated!!!
App does NOT WORK ! I have been working on this thing for two hours and tried every single thing. It keeps saying that it needs water when the water tank is full. Can’t use the Wi-Fi to make my newborn baby bottles. Have to do it manually no point in having the Wi-Fi expensive version when it doesn’t even work!!

Inviting family is terrible
The user experience is absolutely awful. When you invite a family member, it disconnected the other family members account and then you have to reset everything up again from scratch. Pain!!

I tried to get the wifi to connect many times but it refuses to add a wifi network. I know my network is good so I am not sure why. Super lame.
Refill water
Works great until errors that prevent you from making a bottle never go away. Good luck.
