App doesn’t work
It’s frustrating as it says I need to refill formula and also says missing bottles. The app doesn’t work at all. Don’t waste your time with the wifi formula pro as you will still have to walk to the machine, press the button since the app doesn’t work. Surprising there is no fix or anything with how expensive this thing is.

Can't connect to wifi
Brand new machine and I've tried everything to get it to connect to the wifi. I spent extra $ on this feature and for it not to work sucks. I looked to see if I can do a refund. Apparently there's restock fees 👎
Aggravated!!!
App does NOT WORK ! I have been working on this thing for two hours and tried every single thing. It keeps saying that it needs water when the water tank is full. Can’t use the Wi-Fi to make my newborn baby bottles. Have to do it manually no point in having the Wi-Fi expensive version when it doesn’t even work!!

Inviting family is terrible
The user experience is absolutely awful. When you invite a family member, it disconnected the other family members account and then you have to reset everything up again from scratch. Pain!!

Won’t connect
I tried to get the wifi to connect many times but it refuses to add a wifi network. I know my network is good so I am not sure why. Super lame.
Refill water
Works great until errors that prevent you from making a bottle never go away. Good luck.
App stinks.
The machine works great. The app keeps telling me there’s no water when there is. I can make a bottle on machine and app recognizes it’s making a water only bottle, yet when I try to do the same through the app it tells me there’s no water. You can’t override it either. So I can’t use the app.
Great Idea, Definitely Needs IMPROVEMENT
So, I Love our. Baby Brezza, it really does make feeding simplier. The concept of having the abilty to leave a bottle in the unit, and fill it before i get outta bed, is great… But the App, defintely needs some serious work.. It never updates on the iphone. When i make a bottle, and if the machine changes operating state… i.e. needs water, cleaning, the app doesnt update, i must force close the app, and re-open, then the app will show the current state.. its simple and works just needs some polishing..

WONT CONNECT TO WIFI
I bought this for the wifi component and it does NOT work. Very annoyed.

Garbage on its best day
Glad to see it’s been multiple years and this trash app still won’t connect to wifi. And even after retrying you have to run through a million steps on how to clean it. The product is great, but I’m disappointed I spent extra money for a wifi feature that DOESNT CONNECT TO WIFI.
This app is bad
This app does not work well. Wifi connectivity issues abound. It also does not let you access the setting or menu while being recycled through trouble shooting the wifi.
Connectivity Not Established
I could not set up the WiFi connect, even after troubleshooting. Terrible to make a low quality feature when parents of newborns will be setting it up.
I have a suggestion!
PLEASE ADD A USAGE HISTORY!!! The app interface as great, it super user friendly and looks professional but I would be overjoyed to have easy access to see the time the last bottle was made and how many ounces it was. As a new mom you are CONSTANTLY having to keep your child’s last meal time fresh in your mind, the mental lad is HEAVY. This would take some weight off. Go one step further and add a way to note how much the baby drank from that bottle made.
