Seems like the app is always having issues and can never load.
Horrible App
Sometimes this app works, and sometimes it doesn’t. I have to constantly delete the app and then reload it to try and get it to work. Really needs improvement.
Online App sign up
Tried multiple times to sign up only to get a response each time saying they can’t confirm my information. After talking to a bank teller and getting step by step instructions I still get the same results. Sign on only requires member number, SS# Birthdate and email! How could they not verify my information. The member number is the only thing that could be wrong and the teller wrote it down. FSFCU has a problem with providing reliable consistent dependable service to its members for some reason. Their track record speaks for itself.

Trash! Doesn’t allow access to debit cards or to activate new debits cards on app or online!
New ui is slow and too busy
The old ui before this most recent update was so much simpler and faster and thats exactly what i need and no dark mode either
Limited transfer
You can only transfer $1000.00 at a tim internally. But can do it lots of times.
Worst bank
This is by far the worst bank I’ve ever had how are you going to lock someone out of their account without even giving them a courtesy call and not have a way to reach someone I can talk to about it
Down Time
App is fundamentally easy to use, however there is regular unadvertised down time. Not sure if that is just routine maintenance, but our cards typically don’t work at that same time. Frustrating to get declined at a drive thru knowing there’s money, and then trying to log in to app, just to get an error message stating that there’s an issue with credentials (there’s not). Happens pretty regularly.

Does not work on iPad
What a piece of garbage, does not work on iPad. Briefly get a white screen then goes away. No error or anything. Not worth attempting to use.

Annoyed
I have had the app since it debuted. For some reason it disappeared and I have to go to the App Store every time I want to use it. I haven’t been able to get in at all since yesterday!
Worst Banking App Ever
Seriously the worst. It is always crashing, down for maintenance (literally always) and usually when the app is down you can’t even get into the website. It always feels like I’m going to war when I’m just trying to check my balance. They have no problem with letting this happen for years but are quick to take money from you. Hate this bank. I can’t wait to pay off my my last small loan so I can move to another bank.

Has made clear improvements, still has a lot to go.
If it even lets me log in a lot of the time it crashes. I do acknowledge that the app has made huge improvements, it still has many to go.
Struggle to get pics of checks to work
I cringe when I need to take pic of check to make a deposit. Usually it says I didn’t endorse the back of check. Today it told me 3 times I submitted 2 pics of the front my check. Which I clearly didn’t. Finally had to restart my phone to make it work. As a Reference, depositing a check with this app only works correctly the 1st time, 5% of the time. Fix it please.

I have nothing but a white screen
Whenever I open my app I get nothing but blank it only recently started happening It doesn’t have any kind of load up or anything just a plain white screen I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app several times and nothing seem to fix it
Can’t open the app
I cannot open the app period. Have the latest update for iPhone and FSFCU current version. Contacted the bank and haven’t received a solution.
Face ID
My previous phone had a fingerprint scanner and I used it to login, have a new phone and it uses Face ID, I have turned it on multiple times but every time I go back in it is turned off.
Update not working
Updated app, try to go into app and all it says is updated pulls to App Store and App Store says open over and over again after update.
