App has always been pretty good. But it won’t even load/open since the most recent update.

I have an I phone seven…needless to say I’m NOT PURCHASING a new phone with just to do my banking business. I’ll close my account and take it somewhere else. You’ll see me Monday noonish. I’ll be the really cranky customer.

Not much for options for example scheduling date to pay! Can’t see details of who I’m paying. Do not like this app overall!

Mother of 2 little ones I stay busy. I love having my kids accounts attached with mine (less is more) . After this new improvement/app; A week went by and I couldn’t get anyone to call me back or solve the problem of our accounts separating. Thanks to Trevor & Breanna online chat through this new app, all problems solved. My fiancé said y’all were the best and I see why he’s stayed with Fort Worth City Credut Union for over 30 years. What a mess
Before the so- called upgrade it was so easy to do my banking.
A click here, a click there and my transactions were done in a manner of minutes. In some cases less than a minute.
I could access ALL the accounts we have.
But not now.
Now I have sign into one and do a few things, sign out.
Then sign back in to the other account.
Why didn’t you do a pilot program with actual users?
I DO NOT like this system at all. It is a downgrade not an upgrade.
In fact I would like to fire the person that approved this.
In case I didn’t make it clear I AM NOT HAPPY.
