About
What's New in FortisTrack
1.2.1
October 27, 2026
• 45 more exercises: kettlebell swings, goblet squats and Turkish get-ups, the Olympic lifts, assisted pull-ups, Hammer Strength machines, more lunges, easier push-ups for beginners, and band work for glutes and shoulders • Kettlebell exercises suggest the next bell up (+4 kg) when it is time to add weight • FortisTrack Premium now comes monthly, yearly with a one-week free trial, or as a one-time lifetime purchase • Every Monday, a note from your coach on the week before: what went well, which lifts have stalled, and three targets for the week ahead (Premium). Everyone sees their week's numbers • "Build my program" on the Workouts screen asks the AI Coach to set up your templates and weekly schedule • When today's free workout review is used, the review shows what Premium adds • A new personal best is celebrated the moment you tick the set, and the set keeps a trophy • A number that looks like a typo (500 kg where you did 50 last time) is questioned, with one tap to fix it, so it never becomes a false record • One tap adds warm-up sets that ramp up to your working weight, with a shorter rest after each • Changed the exercises in a template workout? The summary offers to update the template • Training-day reminders on the days in your weekly plan, at a time you choose: what is on the plan, with a nudge that counts your streak or welcomes you back after a break. None on a day you have already trained. Switch them on under your plan or in Settings, which also shows when the next one comes • New Progress tab: every lift you have logged with its heaviest set and its trend, a calendar of the days you trained, and for each lift its chart, rep records and history • Share a finished workout as an image: your records, total weight and time, on a light, dark or see-through background for your Instagram Story • Notes: pin a note to an exercise, like a seat height or grip, and it shows every time you do it; add a note to a workout too. The AI Coach reads both • Export every set you have logged as a CSV file, from Settings
