Regular Facebook minus some of the useful features (and it didn’t have many to begin with)
An advertisement for this app appeared on my Facebook feed and the description made it look like something that was actually useful for someone that was in a lot of Facebook groups. I was hoping for better search functions. The ability to make custom feeds allowing me to separate my groups by my various interests. Literally anything that would add features useful to someone that belongs to a lot of groups. Instead, it’s literally the exact same system with less features than regular Facebook.

No AI generated titles
We should not need 3 apps to interact with Facebook - the core app, messenger, now Forum. It’s ridiculous. Facebook keeps adding AI features that users never asked for and, worse, don’t have the ability to turn off. My latest frustration is AI-generated titles being automatically added to posts in Groups. I don’t have the setting to disable it, and I can’t edit or remove the title before posting. It changes what I wrote and misrepresents my intent.
Please stop making AI features mandatory. If you want to offer AI tools, make them optional and give users clear controls to enable or disable them.

Interesting we had to take groups from Facebook and put them in their own app.

I like it but…
I like this app a lot! Very beautiful U.I etc however there’s a feature missing that I’d like to see added
When I save posts from this app it doesn’t allow me to add it to my “collections” and I’d really like to be able to do that before I dedicate time to using this app

Waste of storage space
Having my groups in my hot bar on Facebook was so much simpler, this is an extra app for zero reason. They’re making things difficult for no reason. Revert the groups app change to be usable on Facebook again.

A Must Have for Group Admins
This app has been a game changer. I own many Facebook groups, one which has 975,000 members. This app makes it so easy to create posts based on exactly what my members want and are already talking about. I love how it gives trending topics, engagement insights, top posts etc. A feature that would be very helpful would be the ability to use the color background for a post when it creates a draft. I am loving this app and use it every day now.

Just what I needed
Forums is exactly what I needed. It is where I can interact with my groups and see what I have signed up to see or what I am managing without all of the ads and political nonsense on the main feed. THANK YOU!

I have two forums of my own that both have over 2.3k members in our little west Texas town. One is for moms who are seeking more holistic day-to-day care and remedies as well as just being a community for local like-minded moms to go and ask any questions and know that they will not be made fun of or judged. Like I used to tell all my childbirth classes and newborn care classes and my over 100 doula clients: all parents are winging it and it’s okay to ask for help. My other group is a plant group but I created it to be a community. Absolutely no ugliness allowed (unless someone needs help with an ugly
Plant haha) and it’s all about community. This app is allowing me to keep up much more closely with the groups I run as well as the groups I’m a member of! It’s been so much faster dealing with plant purges and all comments and posts etc. and saves me time trying to track down comments/questions in groups I admin!

My groups have events and the events do not show on the app. So I can’t use it.
Great Idea
Great idea from Meta for users have have a lot of groups, now let’s make it so we can create categories & sort our groups into categories within this app not unlike we can with reels and other posts.
