iOS version still needs improvement
This app works ok for what it was intended for, but it doesn’t send alerts when a new call is applied to a technician. I’m told that that android version of this app has that functionality, but it doesn’t seem to work correctly on the iPhone. Also see if the fonts work better in Dark mode. Cannot see the text very well.

Love the new features
FORZA love the features especially the create call screen. I am so excited you making all of these updates. Keep them coming
App has gotten better
The app has consistently gotten better. No more crashing for me, the features sets are new, like create call, working call screen. The routing would be awesome if it tracked your actual route. Gets the job done.
Full of bugs.
Dev needs to call an exterminator.
Terrible
The application refuses to load. Navigation use for travel is no where accurate. I recommend using Remote Tech.
Absolute Rubbish
I’ve seen some trash apps in my day, but this takes the cake. The trash cake that is. If you like trash cake you might like this app. However, I like my cake fresh and tasty out of the oven.
As many reviewers have stated, this app constantly crashes. I’m talking about more crashes than Concord.
The app developer obviously doesn’t care about this as seen by their absence of answers on the App Store.

I wish I could give this app and program a 0 rating.this is absolutely the worst app I have ever used in a business or personal setting.i would not recommend to anyone I care about!

I’m not saying this software is beyond redemption, it does have some nice features. But as of this writing it should be tried for crimes against humanity.

Crashes, then it crashed, and now its crashiiiing...oh there was onetime when i thought I wasn’t going to crash anymore but guess what happened.......yes... CRASHED

This app never loads correctly, frequently have to uninstall and reinstall it. Previously using iPhone 7, upgraded to iPhone X hoping that would help but it didn’t. Terrible, invest in your app, it’s horrible and our techs can barely use it.
