Not reliable
One of the worst apps I have ever had the displeasure of using. My IT department has me close the app, logout, and reboot my phone daily, and this helps but does not solve all the problems. I do not like it at all.
Still not as good as the Zultys MX Mobile
Switching between networks is terribly painful. Most of the time I have to remember to open app switcher and close it out. If not, the app will not ring. I’ll just get a notification that I missed a call.
Powerful and feature rich
A very powerful and feature reach application once you learn how to use it. Version 2.1.15 finally adds the control over call history sync with iPhone. Love it.
Deafening uncontrollable ringtones
App does not obey system notification volume/settings, seems to use media volume channel for delivering all audio including notifications. so there’s no way to avoid insanely loud ringtones in your ears, even in silent mode. Ringtones in the app are all horribly loud.
Less functional
Since downloading the new version it’s full of bugs. It frequently states it can’t open because I have the device open on another device. I have to turn the phone off and back on in order to get in. It also continues to ring after I’ve logged out.
