Not reliable
One of the worst apps I have ever had the displeasure of using. My IT department has me close the app, logout, and reboot my phone daily, and this helps but does not solve all the problems. I do not like it at all.
Still not as good as the Zultys MX Mobile
Switching between networks is terribly painful. Most of the time I have to remember to open app switcher and close it out. If not, the app will not ring. I’ll just get a notification that I missed a call.
Powerful and feature rich
A very powerful and feature reach application once you learn how to use it. Version 2.1.15 finally adds the control over call history sync with iPhone. Love it.
Deafening uncontrollable ringtones
App does not obey system notification volume/settings, seems to use media volume channel for delivering all audio including notifications. so there’s no way to avoid insanely loud ringtones in your ears, even in silent mode. Ringtones in the app are all horribly loud.
Less functional
Since downloading the new version it’s full of bugs. It frequently states it can’t open because I have the device open on another device. I have to turn the phone off and back on in order to get in. It also continues to ring after I’ve logged out.
Unusable
I use this for work and it doesn’t work majority of the time. I just tried to answer a phone lead and it froze up so I had to close out of the app and hang up on the potential client. This is costing me money!
The app gets better
With every update, the application gets better and more stable. The newly introduced single sign-on feature is a home run.
Reliable and easy to use
Mobile ZAC is a great app for staying connected with my team. Calls, messages, and meetings work seamlessly. Easy to use and reliable, even when switching between Wi-Fi and cellular. Highly recommend for remote work!
Missing one thing from old app
On Zultys MX Mobile if you missed a call you could go to the iPhone phone app and call back directly from there. It would redirect the call back through MX Mobile. The new mobile Zac does not do this which is a real pain. Hopefully it makes it before I can’t use the old one anymore. Also why do these apps still not have the ability to edit call handling rules??

Most Reliable App
By far, this is the best release on this app yet. It almost feels like I could do just about anything I could do from the desktop right from my mobile and the qualities great. The reliability has been awesome as well. I love that you can get all of this with a standard license. Thanks zultys

This app is very handy and resourceful. Please update for iPhone 16 pro max screen, the screen does not fit correctly on the display.
Best UC App I have ever used
I use this app every day as I travel a lot. It’s great because I can do virtually everything on the mobile app that I can do on the ZAC desktop client.
It’s just plain bad son.
Want an app where you can message, send photos, and make calls? Then this app is not for you.
If you can get past the login screen, I’m sure this app would work great!!
But not all is lost, at least while you’re stuck at that login screen, those important messages from your coworkers will be pushed to your phone! So you can read them, but who needs to respond anyway?

No Dark Mode?
There seems to be no dark mode in this version. The MX Mobile app has dark mode but I’m told this app version is better. Am I just overlooking the settings for it?

Work Anywhere!
I was recently in Croatia & could see the presence & availability of my team back in Canada. I could chat & make phone calls using my home office system. If it wasn’t for the time change no one would have known I was away! A must for every businesss owner!

This is where the app needed to be, it’s based on the desktop app (so familiar look/feel) and no difference in how it’s used on iPhone or Android—home run this time around Zultys!
