I love my smartwatch and wish that the company would CONTINUE making and selling them without feeling intimidated nor discouraged by others. I’ve been wearing fossil watches since I was a preteen and I am now in my mid forties. I am a dedicated collector and customer.

You guys really need to allow customization of the gallery watch faces. Someone of them are really but not letting us have the option to change the data on them just sucks. Why limit it that way???

Stopped working
I used to love this app, but it hasn’t worked in months. I don’t know if it’s iPhone updates that have broken it or the app itself, but it never syncs anymore despite running in the background all the time. And manual syncs take several minutes each and often fail. It never had these problems before but it’s become useless sadly. I made the mistake of deleting the app entirely to see if reinstalling it would help and now I can’t even get back in… password reset emails don’t actually seem to send (I check the junk/spam). Even tried to create a new account with a different email, but it “sends a verification code” to that email that also never goes through. Guess I’m officially done with this app.

Won’t work at all
After the last update, watch will not sync the app. It crashes every single time app is updated. My phone is updated and now I have a smart brick.

Not connecting with iOS 26
My fossil watch stopped connecting to the app after upgrading iPhone to iOS 26. Still waiting for a firmware update on fossil device that may solve the problem. Last firmware update was Android 11 and security update was from Nov 2024.
Avoid at ALL COST!!!
I use to love fossil however they can’t seem to support its own products. I have the gen6 and it is a 2021 model yet the software and the apps no longer work and support each other. Don’t buy a fossil smart watch. After a year or two you have a bracelet not a watch

This watch is the most advance watch I have ever seen. Simply to say in short words I love my watch.
Terrible app
Always takes three or four trys to sync the app with the watch, I guess putting promotional material in the app is more important.
