Rediscovering the Citizen CZ Smart

I’ll admit I almost gave up on my Citizen CZ Smart. Initially, it worked perfectly, but after storing it, reconnecting and Bluetooth issues arose. Once resolved, it impressed me. It’s a good Apple Watch alternative for fitness and health, without feeling like just another Apple Watch. What's surprising is the lack of information on this model, with Citizen seemingly no longer supporting it. Now that it's working, I like it more than I expected.

Dumpster FIRE of a phone and APP!

This is the worst “smart”watch I have EVER OWNED! It never charges and never connects to the app. It takes an act of GOD for it to connect to the App and then randomly disconnects whenever it damn well pleases. I’ve tried deleting the app, resetting the watch and just about every other thing under the sun to make this terrible watch and app tolerable to own. Can’t say I’d get another Citizen watch again.
