Dumpster FIRE of a phone and APP!

This is the worst “smart”watch I have EVER OWNED! It never charges and never connects to the app. It takes an act of GOD for it to connect to the App and then randomly disconnects whenever it damn well pleases. I’ve tried deleting the app, resetting the watch and just about every other thing under the sun to make this terrible watch and app tolerable to own. Can’t say I’d get another Citizen watch again.

The watch works poorly, the app doesn't either, and the connection to the watch is often lost. I wouldn't recommend buying such a watch.
