Dumpster FIRE of a phone and APP!
This is the worst “smart”watch I have EVER OWNED! It never charges and never connects to the app. It takes an act of GOD for it to connect to the App and then randomly disconnects whenever it damn well pleases. I’ve tried deleting the app, resetting the watch and just about every other thing under the sun to make this terrible watch and app tolerable to own. Can’t say I’d get another Citizen watch again.

The app is a helpful addition to my iPhone data but the Bluetooth link with my watch fails, constantly.

Could be much better
Come on citizen use your imagination there’s many watch faces you can add and the customization has a lot of room for growth add some of your trade mark designs a square date window hour and minute markers your divers come on other than that the heart rate monitor if pretty on the sleep tracking I use get it together better faces and customization. Updated 2026 does the app not work anymore my watch still working help me please won’t connect to app fix app for 2026

Trouble connecting with watch
It had been good until it stopped connecting with my watch, i would say a little i er a month ago, now i am stuck with the last customization i made and i cant go back or edit its face. I already peformed several troubleshooting approaches including deleting the app but when i get to the point of pairing the cell phone with my watch ir only gives me a message of error. Too sad, i really likes it for a while.

Overall I love the app but it’s too bright I wish there was a way to have the homepage and everything in dark mode also so I wish there was more things you could do with the watch more customizations more calibrations finding ways to redesign this watch it has so much potential I love the watch and I am buying a couple more but definitely want more things on the app because I feel like it’s missing a lot like if I decide to work out I want to see how long I worked out for and what exactly did I do and if it’s possible to see how much I gained and how much I lost stuff like that but overall I’m satisfied with the app I just wish they could do more even some more faces would be nice

Watch never connects
I’ve had the watch for several years now and it only worked the first few months. After that, it won’t connect to the app anymore. Tried reconnecting and it’s stuck at “Almost There.” Contacted Citizen and they can’t help. So now, I have a useless watch. I can’t use it since it doesn’t even have the right time.
