Update to IOs 26.7 is bugged

I have been using my Tissot T-Connext Solar for 2 years without problems but since I upgraded to IOs 26.7, it is now impossible to connect my watch to the app and therefore to Bluetooth. Spent the better part of 8 hours trying to remove, and reload / reset and reload again without success.
