Trying to sign into your account is a nightmare, good watch brand horrible tech for their “ smart” watch frustrating to say the least every update brings more issues. Get it right .

Update to IOs 26.7 is bugged
I have been using my Tissot T-Connext Solar for 2 years without problems but since I upgraded to IOs 26.7, it is now impossible to connect my watch to the app and therefore to Bluetooth. Spent the better part of 8 hours trying to remove, and reload / reset and reload again without success.

iOS no message notifications
I purchased t touch connect sport, but never got it to receive text notifications, one of the main things is use smart watch for. Turned on previews and various troubleshooting and although other notifications came through could not get a simple text notification so I returned watch

Very stylish watch with a few connectivity issues
I’ve had the Solar Touch Connect watch for around 12 months now and, overall, I’ve been very happy with it. It’s a very good-looking and stylish watch, and I particularly like the choice of different straps/bands, which makes it easy to change the look.
There are, however, a couple of areas that could be improved. I have experienced issues with the watch disconnecting from my phone. On several occasions, I’ve had to reinstall the app before I could get the watch working properly again. This can be frustrating, particularly when you rely on the watch for notifications and other connected features.
The display is also quite small. If, like me, you need glasses to read smaller text, you’ll probably find yourself having to put your glasses on to properly read messages and information on the watch.
I’ve also noticed that the Health app doesn’t seem to link particularly well with my Apple account. I’m not sure whether this is an issue with the watch itself or the app, but it would be good to see better integration with Apple Health and the wider Apple ecosystem.
Despite these issues, after 12 months of use I’m still very happy with the watch. It looks great, has some useful features and feels like a quality product. If the connectivity and Apple Health integration were improved, and perhaps the display made slightly easier to read, I’d have very little to complain.

Why
Why do I have to open the app every time I put on the watch? I wear it to tell the time. If I want to look at all the other functions I will open the app. I shouldn’t have to open it every time I put it on just to tell time. Annoying

I find the app frustrating as the watch effectively freezes until forced to re sync with the Tissot app. I like a watch that always show the correct time, surely it’s the man reason you have a watch.
iOS health sync not great
It’s getting better having gone from synchronizing only steps to now workouts and heart rate. But it doesn’t sync calories oddly.

I was really pleased when I bought my T touch solar. The amount of things that it can do was amazing. However my first watch I had to return as it wouldn’t connect to blue tooth . You kindly sent me a replacement and I then set it up fantastic all features functioning brilliant. A while later we changed our WiFi supplier . Because of this I lost the connection with the bluetooth with my watch. Eventually after watching you tube I managed to set my watch back up by logging out and going to factory settings. Excellent. Watch back up and working all except the compass . I cannot reset it I think I will Need to go back to factory settings to do this again to correct it everything else works fine as I said before I was really pleased when I got my T touch solar watch however these few problems have been a bit of a bug bare . I’m happy to give five stars the watch is unusual in what it can do I like the way it works with modern functions and old style hands. And modern electronics. Just feel a bit let down with it .
