I’ve tried multiple times to use this app to register my new ProMaster. I never received the initial email. Yes I’ve checked Junk folder.

How can I identify my Citizen watch with the app?

You can identify your watch in three ways: by scanning the tag that came with it, by using your mobile device's camera to scan the watch face and case back, or by manually entering the model number or caliber and case number if you know them.

Is the My Citizen App free to use?

Yes, the My Citizen App is free to download and use. There are no in-app purchases or advertisements mentioned in the app's description.

What are the benefits of activating my warranty through the app?

Activating your warranty through the app provides added protection and peace of mind. U.S. residents also receive an additional year of warranty coverage for free. You can also store your proof of purchase within the app for easy reference.

Are all Citizen watch models supported by the app?

Currently, identification of models manufactured prior to 2005, as well as models manufactured outside of the U.S., may be limited. The developers are actively working to add more models to the database for broader compatibility.
