Handy but…
I like the ability to look up manuals, but some are only a condensed version. I like reviewing the products through the links in the app, but some , like those under Jack’s corner, don’t take you to the link.
Unusable
The app will not allow an iCloud email address at all. So I’m not able to use it.
Not working
I use this app to register my watches. I am now getting a message “this region isn’t supported yet” “please check back later “ I reinstalled and rebooted the phone in sequence. My phone region is set to USA. I am in California. I am not using a VPN. Please fix
App is no longer usable
*UPDATE* (after the newest update it worked again for about a week and has since gone back to the same exact problem as last time, back to an app that does not work.)
I’ve had a few watches listed on the app and I like it and its uses. But as of late it has taken me to the get started screen and there’s no login button, only a get started and punching in my email gives me a “you are already signed in” which does nothing, cause it doesn’t actually let me sign in. As of right now the app is completely useless

Needs updating
App needs to be updated, too many bugs.
App worked for a month or two.
Worked for a month or two now just freezes on the opening screen with the word citizen across it. The app was updated six days ago and still does not open.
Stop Working
I’ve been using this app for long time, but stop working!!?? Message says “this region isn’t supported yet” what!!!! I hope they fix this soon, I have all the info of my Citizen watches (several) in this app.
Citizen Registration
The registration process definitely needs work. I work in IT and still with that I had problems registering my watch here on this app.

I can’t select the Disney Store as the shop she bought this at. It will not let me register.

It would be great if the app actually works so I can register for my warranty.
You can’t select the date because it’s on the right hand side on the calendar and buried.

Love my watch
I love my watch. It is small and it fits me perfectly. This is the Best Buy on my cruise.
Get Started don’t start
I am trying to login and create an account, but you can’t get past a certain screen where it’s asking your age and ethnicity because you get four options presented to you and none of them apply to me in this case… They do however, allow you to skip that page but that just takes you back to the beginning to have you get started. The app does not work.

App Not Functional
I recently purchased a new Citizen watch, which I absolutely love. But, there was no booklet that explained the different functions and upon opening the package it was indicated to download the app for this information. However when downloading the app it does not work or allow me to advance past the login screen. Very disappointing.

Unusable App
I’ve been using this app for quite some time and have multiple watches listed on it, but recently it stopped functioning properly.
Whenever I open the app, it repeatedly sends me back to the “Get Started” page after I enter my information. It also says my email is already associated with an account, yet there’s no way to actually log in or continue past that screen.
I’ve tried reinstalling the app several times, but nothing has fixed the issue. Right now, the app is essentially unusable.

Looks good but does not work
Downloaded the app, gave name, email and address, waited for email code. From then went to and endless loop of using the code to log in, being sent to more personal info multiple choice page (many without appropriate option), then back to login - only to have the site indicate already logged in. Tried deleting and redownloading without success. A big waste of time and energy.

Entered my information and confirmed via emailed passkey, now the app will not do anything. Uninstalled and reinstalled and does the same thing.

As noted in another review this app has been broken since April! They build great watches, apps not so much!
Useless app
It doesn’t work. Email entered with no email code sent! Shame on you!
Broken
App does allow you to surpass login screen and is caught in a perpetual loop. Issue experienced by wide number of users for about a month with no updates. Pray they’re better at making watches than apps.
App just quit working
What everyone else is saying. Log in screeen/code/STUCK. FIX THIS NOW PLEASE!! All my watches are listed here but can’t get to them now!!!
