Awkward, frustrating to use
App connects to watch, but it constantly pushes irrelevant pop-ups, “do you live in USA or Japan?” It will not accept no for an answer.
App is awkward and not intuitive to use. It’s been on version 1 for five years, and this lack of manufacturer support really shows.

Doesn’t connect to my watch
App is very frustrating. It just will not connect to my watch.
Needs an update tho
It was working great until I decided to buy a new Phone and the watch doesn’t even try to connect to my phone.

Add Signal Messaging
Please add signal messenger to the app for notifications. App has the other major messaging services. Please fix the constant disconnection problem with the app everyone complains of. It’s a great feature to get notifications when it works.
