The app is constantly freezing, the calendar that is attached to this is a great tool to utilize for organization (especially with kids). It’s unfortunate that the app has so many bugs!

The app was great at first and the calendar was great at reminders but now the app has become almost completely unusable. It opens but freezes immediately and won’t let you switch or add anything.

Syncing Issues
I really wanted to love their physical hardware (calendar/photo frame) and app. The syncing issues are terrible. You have to constantly update the url for icalendar and I attempted syncing my yahoo calendar but it states the url is invalid. I want to love this app but it’s just way too tedious to have it function for the family. I’d rather go back to my dry erase board.

Never receiving the code to make it work
App failing to register
I am trying to register my email address and it keeps saying there are invalid characters, which I have only put the numbers in. I have tried sending an email but it failed to send. Please help me fix this
Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work, I can’t register and when you try to register they say: Failed to send code several times, I deleted the app and downloaded again and still the same and can’t keep the WiFi connection. I have to be reconnecting always to the network to add and change dates.

The app looks great overall.
It would be helpful if selecting a person displayed all their assigned tasks on one screen for easier tracking.
For habits, extending the duration beyond 30 days or allowing recurring habits would improve flexibility.
In the meal plan section, the ability to add multiple meals within the same time slot would enhance usability.
It would also be valuable to see a monthly summary showing how many stars were earned.

Great app
If your tech savvy and just read the exact instructions the app gives you it’s a breeze. Both me and my wife’s calendars are in display Nd took about 20min to set up. But truly working out how to be hard the digital calendar at the start but once we worked out we both needed an account, you just share the calendars code to the other person and it worked no issues. Been so handy using it to see the months appointments and then we use the screen saver for family photos. Honestly really happy with it

App doesn’t allow me to log in
Very frustrated, have downloaded the app and registered but it won’t allow me to sign in. I’ve reset the password multiple times with no success.
ICalendar Issue
Cannot get the tablet to import iCalendar data.

Can’t add subscription calendars
We were loving this until today - the app has lost connection with the calendar and won’t reconnect and we can’t add a subscription calendar to keep track of homework - which is what we got it for :(

I downloaded the app and doesn’t work, I tried to register and failed to send the code, so, how can I register if the app doesn’t work??

Not Syncing
No app support. Have emailed no response.

Can’t menu plan
The frame is great and like the calendar but as others have said would be great to add multiple people to a task and having the option when opening app to go straight to calendar instead of being asked to add photos.
Unable to do menu planning this is a big issue as it is one of the features I was looking forward to having.

Calendars, App and Device don't sync automatically
When you create an event in an Apple Calendar, you then have to use the App to import a fresh version of that calendar. Sometimes the new event appears on the device, but not always. So the FotoCube is not a reliable copy of the events on the Calendar. I had thought that the FotoCube would have updated automatically in the same way that Dropbox detects that a document has been edited and gives you the option to overwrite the previous version.
