Put in both phone number and email multiple times and it’s not sending me the code to create an account

It’s awesome having an AI bot that has the full context of my health records, including data from my wearables like Oura.
Impossible to sign in
I have tried 10 different ways to sign into this app and it will not send me a code. I’ve tried different emails, different phone numbers, I’ve reset my phone three times and nothing happens. I’ve deleted the app and re-downloaded it three times. Please fix this app!
Didn’t work
The app didn’t work. I never got a code now I’m thinking I don’t want it.

I have entered my phone number and email and I never receive the code to log in.

App won’t send notifications
I tried to sign up for the app using email and phone number, but it will not send the verification. I have tried verification both on Wi-Fi and cellular connection. I will update this review if the problem is resolved.

I asked for the code 5 times with my phone and twice with my email, no code was sent.

My personalized AI health advisor
This app is swanky! I love the results tab which lets me see my blood biomarkers and whether they’re in range or out of range. It even gives me high quality information about what each biomarker is and how it influences my health, which has been very educational for me. The Zora AI chat has also been a really helpful source. Since it has secure access to all of my health data, the responses it gives me are highly personalized and thus very relevant, useful, and educational. I use the app as my personalized health education source and health advisor!

Helpful and convenient
The app provides direct/clear/simplified information as I prepare for follow-ups with my Care Team. It helped me feel supported, and I didn't need to reach out to my doctor with base level questions I have, I could ask the AI chat. Super convenient.
Zora AI Rocks!!
Zora is freaking awesome!! Who needs a local primary care provider who doesn't know you or have your records??? Zora is now my go to personal medical assistant unless I need urgent care!! What a welcome addition to my fantastic Fountain Life Care Team!!
Non functional
The app does not work. Asks you for phone number or email and then nothing ever gets sent and you’re stuck on the first page. Tony Robbin’s pushing this company before it can actually deliver! Disappointing!
