This is not the first but will sure be the last. They are quick to take your money and don’t deliver the product. I’ve been waiting well over a month for something that was in stock and not a preorder. That’s right well over a month. Have contacted customer service to get the runaround. Now no one is answering their emails and the owner Maegan does even give a crap. Move on ladies there are other boutiques that have great customer service like One24 boutique, walker rose boutique and Macoma boutique. Do NOT buy here

Cute stuff but slow shipping and customer service.
Response times to emails around two to three days and shipping is longer than most boutiques. I’ve been waiting for an order to ship and we’re entering the 9th business day. Their shipping average is 5-7 according to their website. On a side note though, very beautiful dresses and excellent deal.

I’ve been having issues
First of all I had an item ordered and they were not able to ship the item to me so they issued me store credit... very sketchy... if you are not able to ship me an item bc of you not having it in stock you need to refund me the money to my account not keep it and say now you have to purchase something else...
also shipping has been slow for all my orders up to two weeks behind. I was patient on the second shipment bc I seen they had over 500 orders but come on now if I’m anymore patient how long am I going to wait.
I do love the clothes that I have received so far but I’m not paying all this money to have to wait so long to receive them and to have my money taken from me bc they were not able to send the item to me on their end.
