Terrible app, we are currently in the process of switching. The layout is awful and it never seems to work. Also getting everyone logged in took forever , it was very complicated. Do not recommend.

Frustrating
Rotas hardly ever load , counting function requires update prompted at bottom of screen that never goes away. Hr function not available on the app . Much like it’s never available on desktop either once you’ve opened the tab once already. It’s increasingly frustrating to use this programme on all platforms.

it logs you out literally almost every single day and asks you to change password all the time and it crashes a lot.

Constantly crashes and needs the schedules to be apple usable rediulous half the app is not available unless you log on to non apple products

Incredibly stressful trying to work this app each month to see my payslip. Constantly have to reset password then once you try to make a new password it says ‘uknown error try again later’ so for 2 months I haven’t been able to access my payslips

Poor Performance
I would like to express my concerns regarding the Fourth App. It has consistently struggled to display updates for the rota, can’t see any of my hours on the rota for these few weeks (showing blank on all days but was fine last last week ago) causing frustration and confusion for my schedule. Reliable access to up-to-date schedules is essential for effective planning and communication. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to improve our overall experience with the app. Thank you.

Bought the HotSchedules app years ago, now to be owned by fourth.
Login to HotSchedules, forces me to login with fourth instead. After logging in, takes me to the internet browser to open it there.

Worst staffing app I have ever used by a long way. Didn’t recognise my password for my registered email. Requested access code for forgotten password (multiple
times) but no code sent to registered email address. Contacted virtual assistant about issue which stated its unable to help and to contact management. Finessed a way through virtual assistant to speak to an agent who “usually responds within 15 minutes” but nothing after an hour. App slow, buggy and zero customer support options.

Constant log outs
It’s gotten so bad in the last couple months, it’s frustrating how often you get logged out and can’t log in again with the same details. It’s slow and glitchy. Wish my company had stayed with Polaris.

Worst system ever do not use it
My job just switched to this last week for no reason at all it's a huge pain everybody hates and nobody will explain to us why we needed to switch we had no problems with the last system but this one the app is 100% useless your schedule your messages the entire system is only on a web browsers the only purpose this app serves is a easy access one click to the website you can't do anything in this app expect turn on and off your push notifications I wish they gave us an option for zero stars because that's how many I give this system any management higher ups out there looking to switch your system please check these reviews save your self and your employees the trouble this thing is terrible do not use this one

HotSchedules is a much better app. They never should’ve changed it. This one doesn’t open half the time and it’s very slow.
