Horrible App Don’t Use
Worst app I’ve ever had to use. I forgot my username so I put my email in to send me the details and it just doesn’t send anything. Would Recommend to stay away.

Awful app!!!
Can’t even load into the app half the time. I’m constantly being logged out for no reason whatsoever. When a new shift is “updated” I have to manually check every shift to find out which one was changed which is really frustrating and unnecessary and wouldn’t take much just to let us see what has been changed without having to spend ages figuring it out. Payroll is confusing and I can’t see what I’m looking for half the time because of loads of unnecessary things in the way.

Absolutely awful app for work . Keep logging you out , if you eventually manage to log back in , it takes ages to load . I actually have to close all of my other open tabs for it to load properly , it’s so slow . Shifts updates : it gives you only notification but you have to check every single shift to see which one was actually updated , added or modified , very inconvenient and time consuming . Not a great experience so far

Authentication cannot be restored
I accidentally deleted the authentication details from Microsoft authentication app and I cannot restore. What is even worse is there is no 24 hours customer support. I have to create or login bloody website to leave my query. What a terrible experience let alone logging you out every time.
Login failures
The very first thing devs should look at is login. It offers to use face id, yet when you accept it fails to login every time. Finally after closing the app many times it gives up and asks for credentials. Pretty poor start.
Awful
We had to switch to this provider and their app is not even logging in, so I need to access the website to check my schedule, but it’s such an inconvenience. Even the website looks like I made it on a free version website maker. Awful! I’d rather have my schedule printed out and posted at work that have to use it.

Whoever created this app should be ashamed
It directs you to a page on Google instead of being on a standalone app and doesn’t give buttons to exit out of pages you clicked on so you have to close the page
Genuinely horrid.
My company recently switched from another application called sling, to this, and all I have to say is that this is genuinely the worst interface I’ve ever seen in any app. The app doesn’t even let you do anything, it simply redirects to a website which in and of itself is a problem, but that very same website is also terribly designed and is very user unfriendly.

Terrible app, we are currently in the process of switching. The layout is awful and it never seems to work. Also getting everyone logged in took forever , it was very complicated. Do not recommend.

possibly the worst app i’ve ever used. I’m not sure why we use it at my work but it logs you out so often and the only way to log back in is buy completely recreating your password which has to be done at work by resetting everything. DO NOT GET IT IT IS SO BAD
