No good
The push notifications rarely take you to the story they are headlining. Usually goes to the live page, so frustrating. Then you can’t even find the story they pushed out. All the Cleveland news apps are horrible.

If you are looking to read local news then look somewhere else. It is not possible to read a full short article. Constant reloading (for ad content) makes the article jump back and forth to random spots in the article so the majority of the time is spent trying to scroll it back to where you were in the article. To make matters worse it will always crash several times during these reloads.

The app constantly crashes now and freezes my phone. It never used to do this so I’m thinking there’s a bug with it.

Worst app I’ve ever seen
I click on a notification, sit thru 2 or 3 ads, and then it doesn’t even take you to the story you were notified about. Deleted the app and will never install again. It’s just a money grab for advertisements.

This app hasn’t worked for months, each update makes it worse. Can’t use it at all. Waste of time!!! After months still crashes. Please fix
Terrible App
This app is awful on an iPhone. It freezes constantly… assuming you can even get it to open the first time. I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times with the same results. (iPhone 15 with iOS 18.5)

To many ads at the top and bottom of the screen. The page jumps up and down when you’re trying to scroll and automatically opens up a story when you didn’t even click on it. This was a good app but not anymore.

Unable to read anything anymore. When I click on a news report it goes back to Home Screen.
Worse with each and every update
A weak product which the somehow manage to make worse with each and every update. It was bad enough when an article you were reading would spastically jump up and down with each and every ad transition. Now it just ceases to function as ads load up and take over half of the screen. Even after you put up with the ad it frequently does not return control to the user.

Where is the search bar
The alert links never open to the correct piece of news then there is no search bar for me to look up that specific piece of news. I have to go to the Internet and search for it. Make the links open to the news or

Watch live doesn’t work
I wanted this app to watch the news live broadcast. But that is not possible because the app won’t connect to the server. Worse you cannot cast it to my Roku stick. Very disappointed. I’ll get I have to watch another network.
Video format👎
The new video format fills up the screen not allowing me to read anything, with the exception of maybe 2 sentences I liked it better when I had the option to read the story instead of watching the video…app deleted!

After your new update, everything is in huge print. Cannot find a way to get the text back to normal size
