I have always believed in credit unions. When I moved to Kimberly 24 years ago I joined Fox C.U. In all the years since I have had excellent experiences with Fox.

Very Convenient, easy to process: I have been with this company since they purchased it from Schneider National Carrier. FOX Credit Union will be my home until I pass away.. In other words they are the best ever. No complains, “To God be glorified” Gloria

The one thing I do Not like is that when I pay off the balance of my credit card, it does not show that the credit card balance is zero, but it does show the deduction in my checking account. I always log off, and log back in, just to be sure. Then the balances are correct. Other than that, I like the app.

Works well but could be better
The App is Pretty easy to use, however there are some things that could be improved upon. For instance, its easy to send a message to the Credit Union, for example, when traveling to alert them not to flag transactions as fraudulent. However, the messages I get sent back claim there is another way on the App to do it, but I cannot see where that is. Also, there is a App for the Apple Watch which says to activate it in the ‘Settings’ in the Phone App. Again there is nothing I have found in the Settings that do this. Other than those things, the App is pretty good.

I’m so glad I can see my balance on my account without asking at the CU window! This has been very handy for me! Really don’t need the paperwork for my end of the month statement!

Stayed with Fox even after I moved out of the local area. Service is excellent and very efficient. Have worked with Black Creek office on may occasions with always good results. Personal are always friendly and well versed on different programs. Plan to stay where I am. Thanks, John

I get full access to my accounts and I can deposit checks. The only caveat is that the checks have to be smaller than $2000 which is a bummer.
