What’s the point of “save” button on the login if it doesn’t actually save and you have to repeatedly re-enter your credentials? I miss the MidwestOne app

Been with them for quite some time, every branch always has friendly service and there are no hidden fees banking with them.
Wish I could rate zero stars.
This company and app is absolutely terrible since the conversion from MidWestOne.
Genuinely, get your ducks in a row PLEASE. Many bugs to fix.
First, I can’t use my card for half my purchases, doesn’t matter if I use either tap or chip, transaction don’t go through.
Apple Pay is basically half connected??? Doesn’t work 100%.
Second, my app completely stopped working, I no longer can log into the app what so ever.
Third, I was using the mobile website for a while to log into my account, and now all of sudden I’m no longer able to on the website.
I fully have no access to seeing my money. Im honestly so frustrated with this company I’m eventually planning on switching over to my credit union fully, instead of having 2 separate banks. Which THANK GOD I have another bank, otherwise I’d be screwed with paying for essential needs.

Always broken
Idk who they have running that disaster of an app, but god forbid it works as intended for more than a week. I like to monitor my accounts daily and so many times the app just doesn’t work. Whether it doesn’t load information or UI or even logging in, something’s always bound to be broken.
It’s truly a shame there are no other alternatives besides switching banks. At this rate, it feels almost worth it.
