Did not get 3 day trial as promised

When I signed up, I was promised a 3 day free trial. After submitting payment, I realized that I did not get the free trial. It’s that simple. Classic bait and switch. Do not get outfoxed like I did! Steer clear of Fox One.

Lost

There is so much content on this app but I don’t know what is available. Site is not user friendly at all.

Apple Pay didn’t work

I purchased a year subscription through the app, using Apple Pay, and it didn’t apply to my account. Customer Service is trying to convince me to pay again for a monthly subscription in order to make it work.

I am happy with the Fox app. I was able to watch Ohio State. Yay!!! They won.

Spectrum interface doesn’t work

This is supposed to be free with spectrum but fox one only wants me to download the app on my phone and pay a monthly fee. No way!
