Did not get 3 day trial as promised
When I signed up, I was promised a 3 day free trial. After submitting payment, I realized that I did not get the free trial. It’s that simple. Classic bait and switch. Do not get outfoxed like I did! Steer clear of Fox One.
Lost
There is so much content on this app but I don’t know what is available. Site is not user friendly at all.
Apple Pay didn’t work
I purchased a year subscription through the app, using Apple Pay, and it didn’t apply to my account. Customer Service is trying to convince me to pay again for a monthly subscription in order to make it work.
Ohio State
I am happy with the Fox app. I was able to watch Ohio State. Yay!!! They won.
Spectrum interface doesn’t work
This is supposed to be free with spectrum but fox one only wants me to download the app on my phone and pay a monthly fee. No way!

Just crashes all the time. Shows stop while you’re watching and it kicks back to the episode list. 1 star is overly generous.
Cannot access
I purchased the FoxOne through the app and payment went through however I cannot access to get into the app or via the web I would like my money back since I cannot access anything
Recording of matches don’t work
What’s the point of paying a monthly $20 subscription when I can’t access full replays of soccer matches I selected to record?

Commercials
There is far too many commercials for what I am paying. Canceling my subscription. After the move to the new fox one app it’s just commercial after commercial. I counted 13 commercials in a single break. Absolutely ridiculous for the money they are charging.
New App - Made for ads
Has all the great stuff from fox nation but I don’t pay for fox nation to make me use another app where I have to watch the same amount of ads as if I watched live on TV. Terrible change
Your POS does not work
Fox Nation works but FOX ONE STOPS in middle of show. Fox One stop one show and starts another in the middle of a show. What DA MADE THIS? FOX NATION WORKED FINE, my subscription ends 12/26/2027 but you want me to pay $71 for something I do not need to do.
Unusable Now
Good luck everyone trying to find an event you want to watch if it’s not featured with the new AI search and complete inability to look up replays or specific sports. All of the recent updates have caused this app to completely lose its main purpose.
