Great But,,.
I cannot view this on my television. I had to sign in on my cell phone, so I want to end it after the three day trial.
Poor Service
This is a great idea and so I subscribed. But the app is glitchy and also should allow paying customers to watch DVR’d episodes on demand, not hours or days after they air.
This app promises to DVR the shows you check in ‘my stuff’, but these episodes may not be available to paying customers for hours or even days after they air.
The episode you want to see is obviously recorded or ‘shorts’ would not be available to watch.
As a paying customer, I think this problem should be fixed and there should be no excuses from AI or live agents about being ‘unable to find’ the DVR’d episode.
This is just lousy service and their slow and awkward AI is named ‘Perplexity’ with good reason.

Deceptive and doesn’t work
Try to download this because it was the only way to watch the World Cup ended up getting charged $200 for a year subscription and we don’t even want to watch FOX One. Very deceptive.

Absolutely evil app. Impossible to cancel. Send you in loops. Also forced adds during games if you refreshed the page, even though we paid for premium. Terrible company.

I want to love this app
App very buggy. We stream on our Sony smart TV and the app stopped recording a show that we have recorded and watched daily for the last 6 weeks. The help was “it will be available tomorrow”. It’s a news show and tomorrow I don’t want to watch it. It didn’t record again today and then the app crashed so badly I had to delete and reinstall. Tried to use help on the app and no live agent ever came on. The fast forward on recorded shows is annoying. You have stop fast forwarding by going to the play button but if you fast forward for more than a couple seconds the icons go away so when you go back to play you miss the prompt.
I want to like this app so much. We watch Fox News all the time and this is a way to get it directly but it is soooooo frustrating.

I love my fox, however, the app for my TV and phone regularly fails to launch or has an “opps!” episode while viewing. (while experiencing no connectivity with other media apps.)

Freezes a lot
Terrible app. Installed it to watch World Cup and it always hard to connect to tv, it always freezes. Then when you watching game it would kick you off randomly.
Predatory Subscription Model
Predatorily hard to cancel. This service is purposely designed to encourage you to make a subscription through a third party i.e., YouTube or Samsung TV, with your payment through the fox one account. Then when you try to cancel through your fox one account they conveniently can’t cancel your account (even though they totally can because your payment is to fox one not to the third party) and make you go and cancel the subscription through the third party which can be complicated and sometimes not possible. Fortunately I was able to cancel my subscription but if I had waited one more day I would have had no way to cancel it without calling my credit card company and asking them to decline the charge.
This is obviously designed to catch out people abusing the free trial feature or trying to subscribe for just one month but it affects everyone who uses the service. This is a deplorable cash grab to cover for the lack of good content that would encourage people to remain subscribed and paying of their own free will.

Deplorable opinion shows under the disguise of being news. So much information not rooted in fact.

Downloaded app for World Cup. Tried to watch other content and became frustrated with ads. Forgot what is was like to watch tv programming with ads. Ads don’t bother with me with sports because I’m usually watching with friends/ family and breaks are good for conversation and game analysis. I’ll wait for these shows on other streaming platforms without ads or just not watch them. Welcome to 2026.
