Newest update is horrible
I’ve used this app for well over a year and have loved it. They just added some new update and it has ads everywhere you can’t even use the app anymore without ads. Right when you open it - ad. Swap to another tab or page - ad. Extremely disappointing and not usable. I thought this was the best weather view I’d found in OK until this

Not good anymore
This used to be my favorite weather app. But now every time I try to get on ads pop-up, I can’t even check the weather anymore.

Used to always rely on this app
Can’t open the app and check the weather anymore. As soon as it launches a timed add takes over. I will remove the add by removing the app.

It keeps getting worse! We’re in the middle of a lightning storm, and I can’t check the weather map. Why? Because a STUPID AI ad keeps popping up and won’t allow the map to show for more than 5 seconds!

Some marketing genius thought hijacking your screen and forcing you to watch an advertisement was a good idea. Ads that look like my iPhone screen with virus alerts hijack my screen. Are you seriously stupid? Fire your marketing team!
Rule 1 of software development: NEVER lock the user into something they can’t get out of.

Way too many ads now
After the radar appeared to stop working I reloaded the app and now can’t get away from the front loaded ads. Time to go looking for other provider. Ugh.
No longer the best weather app
This used to be the best weather app to go to for storms, but not anymore since the ads have been added, the app does not function as it should. It does not update the storm tracks and if you try to zoom in to see just how far anything is everything disappears and you can’t switch from radar to clouds and radar to alerts and everything show up it just disappears

Agree with others. This has gone downhill
For years and years, this has been the app I have on my home screen for checking weather updates and it had my favorite display of the radar. Living in Oklahoma, we need something 100% reliable when making a decision to head to the shelter. Now my radar no longer works and sometimes kicks me out of the app completely. Very sad since I finally convinced my husband this app was more accurate than his. 😞 fix the radar!!

Ads and Unreliable Radar
I’ve always loved this app until recently. Ads pop-up constantly and the radar does not work and will immediately close the app out. It’s turned out to be very unreliable and pointless to have with recent updates.

I used to really like the app, but the ads in the latest upgrade are pointless and make it hard to use when needed most, like in storms. The ads are too easy to open the internet when trying to close them. All I want is to get the daily weather and local radar!
The older versions were much better.

Too many ads
For years this was my go to app for a quick check of the weather, now the constant ads make it unusable. Deleted app
Radar
The radar is unreliable and very often does not work.
GET RID OF THE ADS
I have had this app for years, but I will delete it and find another one if you guys do not get rid of those stupid ads! It is ridiculous!
Full screen pop ups
Why on a weather app would you have full screen pop up ads? I’d score it less but the weather is accurate
Pop up ads can turn fatal when seconds count
The pop up ads stop you from getting fast access to the radar. When seconds count during tornado season this could cause a lag in reaction time waiting for the ad to run before gaining access to the radar. This app used to be five star now it’s a one star.
Do not let your elderly family members use this app!!
Horrible with the new pop up ads. A lot of elderly use this app and the last thing they need is spam advertisements for a “possible virus” on their phone. Deleting immediately.. greedy.
Used to be a good app
This app used to be amazing. Now it’s littered with ads. You can’t check the radar & then look at the weekly forecast without an ad you can’t close out of popping up.
