Password
When we first had this app it was working ok showing all my readings, now it’s asking me for a password ! I have no knowledge of using one from the beginning, so l cannot open the app up , and can’t move forward

Be careful when adding a tarif plan as data collected with an incorrect plan cannot be removed which will affect all future data.
Mode scheduler seems arbitrary
Not had this Fox ESS battery for very long. It seems that from other comments on forced charging has vanished and other says it’s moved to mode scheduler. Followed the instructions to the letter and it still won’t work. Ironically the manual mode by selecting back up works and this is dependent on me waking up early and remembering to toggle between self use and back up. Hence the title on mode scheduler as arbitrary, it says it on the screen but not actually doing it in action.

Just keeps getting better
This app has come a long way since I first started using it. The app refresh now updates in seconds, close to a real time view of parameters.The functionality, and graphics are excellent. The addition of the Sankey flow diagram is a great way to quickly understand where the energy in the system is flowing. My foxess battery, inverter and EV charger integrate perfectly. Can’t think of anything I would change. Thanks to the devs for the continuous improvement.

Sehr gute und schnelle Einrichtung
Die Anlage ließ sich schnell und unkompliziert über die App einrichten. Auch die Integration in Home Assistant über Modbus hat auf Anhieb einwandfrei funktioniert. Selbst die Nulleinspeisung arbeitet zuverlässig. Klare Empfehlung – top! 😊

最近的两个版本“调度模式”达到充电截止之后，不会切换回自发自用，会一直使用市电 —— 虽然界面还显示充电到了会切换回自发自用，但最近的版本不知道为什么把原来这个正确的功能改错了

Die anfängliche Einrichtung des Wechselrichters ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber danach funktioniert eigentlich alles wie es soll.
Ich habe allerdings auch nur den WR in Betrieb, ohne Speicher/Zähler/usw.
Es erfolgen regelmäßige Updates, d.h. hier wird auch weiter entwickelt.
Ich bin mit der Gesamtlösung zufrieden.

Force discharge needs fix
The force discharge description was updated to say that it switches to self use after it reaches the %SOC threshold, but it still does not and therefore grid import occurs until the time period ends.
Currently rubbish
As other people have said cannot charge batteries from grid at times required to be off peak
Also has been plagued with glitches recently of not working
Please put back to how it was a year ago so it will work for everyone

Home(I) value is pretty confusing.
Shouldn’t it reflect current home consumption?
Why it is negative sometimes? It is intimidating when it is fluctuating between. -ve and +ve value. Hope you would address this asap. Thanks

Not user friendly
It's too techy and not easy to set up with your existing suppliers tariff. Should be overhauled.
Now only suitable for iPhone
Compatibility with iPad MEANS OPERATION IN LANDSCAPE MODE also. Apple Inc. therefore app producers don’t seem to understand this !!

App works well data supply takes some getting used to data analysis could be more user controld.
The big bug that needs to be fixed is the refresh time from inverter to the cloud and back to app 30 min + round trip in uk” why not include a direct Wi-Fi link to inverter to app” I have consulted with fox direct they looked at my inverter Wi-Fi dongle and app and say it’s all updated yet we still have a 30min round trip.

Was Working Fine but….
Installed the App to monitor Solar Power Generation for my home. Initially worked well but now the illustration shows power from The Grid when I’m actually sending it in the opposite direction direction and it’s not showing how much is being generated by the roof panels. Temporary? I do hope so as I’m relying on it to claim back from my energy supplier.

Won’t even allow me to register. Rubbish app.
Just bought solar power and need to use this app and it won’t even send me a registration email. What a load of rubbish.
Continuing to drop out on my iPhone 15.
The app. is almost useless as every time a try to use it the app drops out and I have to re-log in. Tried uninstalling and re-installing. No change. The previous versions worked fine, now it is useless for monitoring our solar production. We had our solar installed 2 years ago.
Variable function
When it works it’s fine but after updates the App often won’t connect. Very frustrating.
