Software katastrophal

Die Hardware macht zunächst einen ordentlichen Eindruck – die App myGro ist jedoch eine Katastrophe.
Ein Login ist nicht möglich, weil der Verifikationscode entweder gar nicht ankommt oder das Anmeldeverfahren schlicht nicht funktioniert. Damit sind wichtige Funktionen der Powerstation praktisch nicht nutzbar. Es ist unverständlich, dass ein zentrales Produkt von einer App abhängig ist, die bereits an der Anmeldung scheitert.
Ich habe Zeit mit Fehlersuche verschwendet, obwohl das Problem offensichtlich auf Seiten der App oder der Server liegt. So etwas darf bei einem Hersteller dieser Größe nicht passieren.
Mein Eindruck: Gute Hardware wird durch eine unausgereifte und unzuverlässige Software massiv entwertet. Solange die Login- und Verifizierungsprobleme nicht dauerhaft behoben sind, kann ich weder die App noch das Gesamtsystem empfehlen.

Unterirdisch
WLAN der Powerstation lässt sich nur nach Login einrichten. Login lässt sich nicht erstellen, weil die Registrierung fehlschlägt.
App crashes after 6 seconds
I have tried this app on multiple devices - both Apple and Android with multiple WiFi networks. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I was an engineer in Silicon Valley for 20 years - so I generally know how to troubleshoot. I send a software app crash report to the support team. I have not had a response after over a week.

Device is good but connectivity to app is terrible I have to re connect every time I use it. Only Bluetooth connects as WiFi page is rubbish
It does not remember pairing, have to login every time.
It's amazing that, based on previous reviews, this hasn't been fixed. every time I log onto the app via Bluetooth, it doesn't remember once I close the app. so, every time I wanna change the setting, I have to go through the tedious login process. It seems only slightly better with Wi-Fi, which has its own complications. The Growatt 550 is very app-reliant.So this is extremely unideal, especially when using it as a main power source off grid.
