App crashes after 6 seconds
I have tried this app on multiple devices - both Apple and Android with multiple WiFi networks. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it. I was an engineer in Silicon Valley for 20 years - so I generally know how to troubleshoot. I send a software app crash report to the support team. I have not had a response after over a week.

Device is good but connectivity to app is terrible I have to re connect every time I use it. Only Bluetooth connects as WiFi page is rubbish
It does not remember pairing, have to login every time.
It's amazing that, based on previous reviews, this hasn't been fixed. every time I log onto the app via Bluetooth, it doesn't remember once I close the app. so, every time I wanna change the setting, I have to go through the tedious login process. It seems only slightly better with Wi-Fi, which has its own complications. The Growatt 550 is very app-reliant.So this is extremely unideal, especially when using it as a main power source off grid.

App not letting me create account
I tried creating app with Apple ID and Gmail and no luck I’m getting emails. When I do the Apple thing is says 502 when I do the other I just keeps tying to load but nothing.
Ganz schlechte App
Bei der Growatt Infinity 1300 kann man den AC-Charge Mode nicht umstellen weil es vorgaukelt mit einer Shine App (nie installiert gehabt) den Solar Modus enabled zu haben. Out of the Box, was ein Unfug. Die Shine App (dann installiert) meint allerdings der Modus wäre aus.
Kurzum. Ziemlich buggy das ganze. Macht so keinen Spaß.
