What’s the point of this
This app does nothing but take you a website. Which also doesn’t work for ordering online. You have to call. Every time you click the menu it takes you to the webpage which also doesn’t load the menu…
App sucks
This is one of the worst apps I’ve used. They should have left things the way they were. I no longer order from Foxs.

App was hacked
They use a 3rd party for processing payments called hungry rush. It was hacked and they have all of your information. Shows how poor this was managed and shows companies prioritizing money over security. This is how you lose customers.
Mediocre app at best
It remembers me for about a week then have to re register. Points never stay in my account better off going to store and ordering in person.
Crashed pretty fast.
Doesn’t work, crashed 5 secs after opening it. I’d say my iPhone 16 pro max usually operates apps pretty well in my opinion. Was looking forward to the app but maybe I’ll have to wait for more updates to it.
Fix It
The app is totally useless. Needs full screen mode and quite a few other issues fixed.
Worst App Ever
As others have said, this app is a nightmare. We have deals and points that show in the emails we get, but in the rare cases where I can successfully log in to the app, it shows no points or deals. To add to the frustration, after bashing my head in with the app, we have to call to order every time and the employees make zero attempt to help. They are clueless. It’s a shame because we love the food, but not worth the hassle. Fix your system. It’s 2026!

What happened??
This so called updated app is a joke. Can’t use it. It won’t login with existing account, cycles through over and over and you get nowhere. I attempted to use about a month ago and had no luck. I decided to try again to see if anything has been fixed, and it’s the same problem. Sorry Fox’s, but you are losing business. I can’t say the previous app was great but it was definitely better than this one.

Prior to this upgrade- the app worked great. Now I can’t even get logged in on the app. I have to access my store on the browser now.

The new update is awful. Why have an app if it forces you to go to a website to place an order?? Bring back the old app where everything is done in app.
