Big issue/ app glitch?
1. Urgent Security Issue. I successfully clicked remove on a Manager Account in the FPCS app, and the name vanished from my list. However, the manager still retains active backend property access on their device.
Because the name is gone from my screen, I am completely unable to edit their role, change their profile, or block them. Also try to re-add them with different role but still unable to!
2. Scan passport/ID correctly but still resulting in wrong info such as name, passport number etc.. once the role account has been created with wrong info the app refuse to re-edit/change info and given error message “ passport number already exist” when trying to edit the user profile
Please help fix this

Don’t waste your time
App doesn’t work
Account disabled
Registered guest on the App and attended the local commune office as the chief wanted all foreigners to also attend for passport inspection and registration check! Now I’ve tried logging in and the account has been disabled. A glitchy app that seems to be a waste of everybody’s time.
Access Denied
Same as everyone else, go through the process, try to set up a password, but access denied. Tried every combo of length, numbers, letters, special characters, no special characters… nothing works, and no guidance.
