App doesn’t work
Account disabled
Registered guest on the App and attended the local commune office as the chief wanted all foreigners to also attend for passport inspection and registration check! Now I’ve tried logging in and the account has been disabled. A glitchy app that seems to be a waste of everybody’s time.
Access Denied
Same as everyone else, go through the process, try to set up a password, but access denied. Tried every combo of length, numbers, letters, special characters, no special characters… nothing works, and no guidance.

Saying I’m using wrong number. And I’m not and never have. So obviously something is a wrong
Nightmare
It never works properly. You have to restart & take a picture of your passport 5-10 times. Every time something does not work. This time it will not let you add a hotel, just the room number... every time it is something different. Once you have an account why do you have to enter passport & visa info over & over & over again? It is very frustrating.

Simply doesn’t work at all
The app is trash
Doesn’t work at all to scan documents.
Foreigner can not edit and visa expiration is invalid date.
All my customers visa expiration showed invalid date, even I tried enter again.
Besides, one of my customer name is incorrect and I don’t see any option to modify it.
And what’s more, I had posted a question to ask in app’s support, yet no one reply comment till today. Where can I get help?

What an awful app!
The app worked okay the first time until it requested that a code be entered that was sent to my phone number. Ten attempts to input the “correct” code. Failed and was locked out of attempting anymore times. The following day, retried, but this time the app doesn’t allow a scan of my passport. “Please contact support” is what is then recommended. Contact for support is nowhere on the app. So frustrating...and supposedly user friendly. Get your facts straight!

Worked let me register and now wont work at all tells me Im using the wrong number which I am not

It went pretty smoothly until the scanner. I have a shiny page so that could be a reason why it didn’t work as well. I had to scan it at least 10 times but not bad. So much easier than sending it in physically.
Keep getting errors!
I just tried to set up an account and said my phone number is invalid and already in the system? What is happening Cambodia? Get your stuff together.
