Account numbers
The app does not show the full account number so it’s confusing as to which account it is if you have several
Why offline?
The website could not be reached for 4 hours early this Saturday 2/1/25. Things happen. I do think a message could have been put on the Facebook page that says “we’re working on it. “ or expected service back by —-. I pay bills the first of the month and it was definitely inconvenient that I couldn’t get to Bill Pay during the time of my day that I had set aside to pay bills.

Declines my login and says there was a server error. Website says something similar as well.
