Once again…. I dread making mobile deposits. This POS app ALWAYS says it can’t read acct number on check. Absolute trash. Going to start looking for a new banking option I can’t live like this. Seriously it is a g*^damn joke. It’s 2026 I have better things to do than fight with tech that is on par with that of the 90s. Pathetic.

Great way to do banking
This app makes banking easy I can transfer, deposit checks. Basically does everything I used to go in the bank for. The only thing it can’t do is deposit cash. Which is sometimes inconvenient, but other than that it provides me with all my banking needs.

I’ve been a loyal FPCU member for years and I’m truly grateful for their support. They helped me with my auto financing during the pandemic, and the staff is always incredibly kind. The mobile app is also very convenient and works well.
The only thing I’ve been wishing for over the years is the ability to reorder or organize my accounts within the app to my preference. Adding that customization would make the user experience perfect! Overall, a great credit union.
