I odered a perfume more than $133,31 ( already include tax and shipping fee ) and the Fedex do not send it to me but its already complete and i don’t know where is my package? email the fragrancebuy but no one reply or help me
Extremely Long Delay and Poor Resolution
I ordered a Tom Ford Noir Extreme Parfum ($197.75). The package was delivered, but the box contained only wrapping paper — the fragrance was missing.
I immediately contacted FragranceBuy and fully cooperated with every step they requested, including completing forms and waiting through a lengthy FedEx investigation.
After weeks of delays, I was refunded only $99 due to FedEx’s insurance limit. FragranceBuy has refused to refund the remaining balance and instead offered small store credits ($15 → $30 → $35).
I paid FragranceBuy for a product I never received. Being asked to absorb nearly half the loss due to their courier’s insurance policy is unacceptable.
Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend purchasing high-value items from this retailer.

Getting worse
I have been ordering from FragranceBuy for years, but the service keeps getting worse. Shipping times are painfully slow. Most orders take several days just to get a label created, and then even more days before the package is actually picked up.
For example, I placed my most recent order on Sept 5. I only got the shipping confirmation on Sept 9, and now it is Sept 11 and the tracking still shows “awaiting pickup.” That is six days after placing the order and the package has not even started moving.
The prices are fair, but the selection is not great since most popular fragrances are always out of stock. Combined with the constant shipping delays, I think I will start ordering from other online discounters.

Great but needs some tweaks
So I really like this discounter (it’s in the top 3 for me) but the app needs a bit more tweaking. Every time I open the app to look at my order I’m always signed out which is annoying. Also another thing I would like not only on the app/website but emails is an easier way to locate the shipping number. I want to track my order but it’s kinda hard to find that (please add it to the emails when sending out reminders about an order and make it easily visible in the app when I go to the orders section).

Great place to order perfume. I have been ordering perfumes since 2018 and part of their EAU addict tier but their app is horrible. Always some sort of glitch happen. Now the perfume size selection bar is gone i thought re installing the app might help but turned worse. Guess what now wish list is gone too

This platform claims a lot but fails to provide on the promises made; annoying login issues, late deliveries, no response from the support.

Great Products and Pricing
Great products and pricing , my only problem is I constantly get logged out and when I log back in my favourites list is gone :( I am a big perfume fan and always have a long favourites list, it’s getting irritating to constantly lose it. Fast delivery though and love the products , my only issue is always getting logged out.

Great app for fragrances!
This is a great place to get your perfumes/colognes! Prices are fair and they have a wide variety of selections of other brands! App can be buggy at times but honestly can’t complain. Have now made 3 purchases an all came within 2-3days in a very well packaged box.
Erased Wishlist…
The app itself is ok but it has been plagued with loading bugs and the worst thing now is my entire wish list and other information has been ERASED! months of wish list items gone just like that…
The app is BUGGING!!!
Everything is perfect, literally everything, prices, delivery timing, no mess ups, and also great ui, but the only problem is the loading time, any time i search a cologne, and click on it, it shows the buffer screen and just stays like that, tried wifi, mobile data, everything but the bug just doesn’t fix. Maybe it’s the new update, but it’s annoying, i’ve been wanting to purchase new colognes on the app, but can’t cause of this bug

App freezes as soon as you click on any item to view it.
My 4 star opinion
The app is amazing. Prices are the best I’ve seen anywhere and the product is 100% legit. I have a bug where I type in the fragrances and when I open them though the search bar my screen just goes white and I cant see the product or what it’s priced for. I’m hoping this is just a bug and will be fixed soon so I can keep buying from you guys.

Used to work
This app used to work. Right now when I pull up something to look at it just gives me a blank screen and I can’t go back. I can’t go forward. I have deleted the app. Reinstalled it put the update and nothing works. Can this be fixed at some point? It’s really annoying.

Please fix your app
The problem use to be all of my saved perfumes disappeared from my wish list. Now when I tap on a fragrance, it goes to a white screen. Fix your app. I love FragranceBuy but this app is HORRIBLE.
