Needs to be fixed
It is great when it works. Really slows my business down with all the app crashes and making me re log in frequently (for it to still not work)
The worst
This app is constantly crashing, forgetting I added facial recognition, and asking for my security question answers. Often, multiple times in one day. While I expect it to happen occasionally (like once every other week or once a month), this is excessive and ridiculous. I question every day shift I continue to stay with a bank that can’t maintain its app properly.
