I especially love the transfer option, both internal and external. Would like to see some quicker options for external transfers

Face login still requires user name and password. External transfer setup is clunky, unresponsive, and required an app restart. iPhone XR

Excellent app to view, transfer or deposit a check! Quick, easy and done!

The app is extreme non intuitive. You can't check status of external transfers. Hate it.

Please update the app it looks like it was made in 2007 r sum and its not working btw
New update is bad
Since this new format update, the app runs very poorly. Slow, clunky, and the front page is ugly and confusing. Very not user friendly.

App woes
Since not being mobiliti.. the app hasn’t been user friendly. Keeps locking me out, saying my user ID and/or password is incorrect, and neither one hasn’t changed and cust service says it’s to prevent scams. If I get an overdraft cuz of not being able to mobil deposit maybe time to switch to a business more user friendly?

Honest rating of the app
This new update to the app is a MAJOR downgrade. It feels like I’m banking on a computer that uses windows 97. The old one was fine. It doesn’t feel like an app, feels like I am using safari on my phone instead of an app… I want it to change back to the old one.
