Doesn’t record coffees bought
Absolutely terrible app. When buying coffees I buy 2. One for me and one for my hubby. Even though staff scan the barcode the coffees don’t record in the app. I bought 2 yesterday and 2 today but none of them were recorded. It was frustrating me so much I just removed the app from my phone.
It works fine
After I refreshed the app it works fine. I put it into my wallet on smartphone. 👌👌
Stamps not working
On my first purchase I bought two coffees, it worked and appeared on the app almost instantly. I have since purchased another two coffees, in separate transactions and they both haven’t not appeared after a number of days. Very disappointed
Pathetic
Absolutely pathetic customer support. Emailed numerous times and not even the common courtesy to reply.
Free Coffee Disappeared
I was enjoying this app. It seemed to work well in terms of collecting the stamps. However, I collected enough to get a free coffee and I added a further stamp. I tried to redeem my free coffee but it had disappeared! I contacted frank and honest but never received a response. Disappointing.
