Doesn’t record coffees bought

Absolutely terrible app. When buying coffees I buy 2. One for me and one for my hubby. Even though staff scan the barcode the coffees don’t record in the app. I bought 2 yesterday and 2 today but none of them were recorded. It was frustrating me so much I just removed the app from my phone.

It works fine

After I refreshed the app it works fine. I put it into my wallet on smartphone. 👌👌

Stamps not working

On my first purchase I bought two coffees, it worked and appeared on the app almost instantly. I have since purchased another two coffees, in separate transactions and they both haven’t not appeared after a number of days. Very disappointed

Pathetic

Absolutely pathetic customer support. Emailed numerous times and not even the common courtesy to reply.

Free Coffee Disappeared

I was enjoying this app. It seemed to work well in terms of collecting the stamps. However, I collected enough to get a free coffee and I added a further stamp. I tried to redeem my free coffee but it had disappeared! I contacted frank and honest but never received a response. Disappointing.

Can’t use app

There is no barcode in the app to scan every time I buy a coffee?

Can’t use app

I have downloaded app but when I bought coffee at self scan checkout I couldn’t register the purchases on the app. I took receipt and app to a member of staff at another checkout and whilst they were very helpful, they couldn’t get it to work. In store instructions are inadequate and there are no instructions on app. Would need to be improved to be of any use

Terrible

Terrible app!! Loaded my first coffee stamp, then bought two more coffees on separate occasions and they didn’t load on the app even after the teller trying twice, after I reloaded the app it still wouldn’t Register!!

Can’t register??

tried on multiple occasions and can’t register? just says unable to process registrations at this time - try again later
been like that for a month…..

Won’t let me register

Stupid brutal app love the coffee hate the app. Live in the north Co Tyrone. Filled out all details and won’t let me register

Loyalty 🤨

5 attempts to get this app to work, if you roll out an new model for loyalty to your brand. Firstly train your franchises how it works.
Still can get it working
