Bad App - Great Pizza
I love the pizza. I’m so excited to have a Pepe’s near me now. BUT, the app is not as good as the pizza. It’s a bit difficult I’ll to figure out what’s going on, but mostly the lack of an integration with the rewards program means I have to use the website if I want to use rewards.

Tried ordering pizzas. The app kept on failing on me. It is not an easy site to work with.
Add option for half/half
There is no way in the app to order a half/half pizza, so I have to call the store which means I don’t get points for my order.
Fall Special Pizza
I’ve been going to Pepe’s most of my life in New Haven and now I live near Waterbury and I go to that restaurant for eat in or take out. I went there on Thursday to pick up some pizza and watch the baseball playoffs. I got the medium fall special and was disappointed of the way it was made. Hard pizza crust, missing a lot of toppings along the edge of pie and there wasn’t enough toppings on it. The veggie pizza was better. I usually get the special with all meat but to get the $5.00 off, I tried it. Never again!! I don’t even like the whole tomato pie during the summer! The tomatoes should be sliced not chucks!
The restaurant at Mohegan Sun is good and also the Wooster Street New Haven spot.

Where are the rewards?
We used to use the app without fail and now when you go in there is no way to review your rewards. We assumed they got rid of rewards program but today I got an email saying I had $5 that was about to expire - how would I know that if you can review rewards in the app? Makes no sense
Terrible App, Doesn’t Work
It gets all the way to checkout and then never allows me to add a card, says there is an error and to refresh the page. Fully unusable, always have to call the order in.
Null site Good Pizza
We’ll this app certainly didn’t work as it should. Ordered and at the end it told me to call the store to order. So called the store got my pizza and it still didn’t register against my account despite my specifically asking the check out person that it would. So why bother with an app? Or a web site? Or a loyalty program? If none work .

Love the app
Great app. Don’t have any of the issues others claim to have. Saves my favorites and past orders. Only problem is that the pictures of awesome pizza cause me to order more than I planned.
Have found time estimates accurate and no more waiting on phone or hoping to get through when it’s a busy time.

Bad app great apizza
Fairfield CT best apizza horrible app! Doesn’t show my rewards points anywhere. Whoever is being paid to create/run this app needs to be fired…it’s horrendous and it barely works. I manage to order delivery but it’s never easy 🤌🏻

Tried to get customer support too from the Contact Us help link and got a one line useless snide remark.

I used to be able to check my rewards before the update. Now all I can do is order pizza. Can’t look at the menu either. Fix it !
Can’t see my points!!!
Since the app was changed I can no longer see how many points I have. I’d really like to be able see that the points have been added. Do you even do points anymore? How do I know when I have enough for the $25?
Newly updated but you can no longer see your points accumulated.
How does one few the points of it’s not an option on the app? Pepe’s is making you work too hard for this simple points information.
Love the place, Hate the App
Constantly the app fails to deliver. Timeouts, errors and just plan hard to use. I end up calling in my order most of the time as it’s just too glitchy. For example tried to order 4 pies tonight while at a happy hour to bring hone and it wouldn’t take my order so I stopped elsewhere on my way home. .

Phenomenal pizza, terrible app
Self explanatory, very archaic app, rewards are only loosely rewards since you have to spend $300 to get a pizza, but you can’t beat the pies they’re my absolute favorite

Tried loading the app several times, but after launching it I never got a menu or anything else, could not use

Well made pizza but by the time it arrived, it was late, cold, and rubbery. I would try again and maybe pick-up? Not for delivery
