Love the restaurant,Hate the app.
The app is for ordering,it doesn’t let me select a store to order from so I can’t order.It just doesn’t work

When you first enter app to order makes you do it twice. Try to access my favorites and won’t stay on screen so have to build reorders from scratch every single time. Uninstalled and reinstalled and lost favorite store setting. Tried to re-fav and won’t let me. But of course parts that take your money and save your card work flawlessly. And btw don’t default to an 18% tip for take out orders where all someone does is hand you a bag. Are you kidding me??
Using system when eating in restaurant also highly annoying. We automatically just ask for paper now.
SO. MANY. ISSUES. Get a new app developer and do it right. Beyond frustrating and sometimes counterintuitive, esp when i just want take out. Unbelievable.

Why is this not on open table
Just use a normal booking system. I don’t want 1000 apps for booking restaurants. I just want you to use one that already exists. Please. This is so dumb
Pointless app
Only gave options for take out or delivery so couldn’t use for dine in. Numerous UI issues preventing cancel and backing out of pages meaning you have to close the app and start again. The web app is so much better.
