The App does not appear to support any native features. It behaves like a link to the FT India website.
Upset
All glitz and glamour, no functionality! It’s pretty though!
Fantastic application
It is very good and user friendly application to use for any type of transaction as well as to check the details
Bad experience
Shows message to upgrade to new version 4.0 but no update button appears on app store only open and on click shows the same message. Frustrating experience when a running app stops after upgrade version with no upgrade happening at all..please look in your app quality before rolling out new versions

Hi, this is nice app, but when I am trying to log in it’s showing to 3.3.0 is older & update to 4.0.0 version. but the same is not available in App Store.

Really Disappointed
The app is a huge disappointment. FT should discontinue this app - it’s non function non performing really hangs a dark cloud over the brand. I have little confidence in FT going forward.

When you can’t even fix something as simple as an app, how are you going to care for my investments? Extremely disappointing.
Superb app for money management!
The app is really a boon , gives 2 factor authentication and secures my data . Simple and classy user interface . The utility is so well that I get all my transactions and services from app only. It does all the actions just in a minute without any hassles. The only AMC who offers so many online things at a time seamlessly . Thanks FT !!!!!!!

Fantastic App
App so easy to use with lot of features that one need not to visit FT office. You can buy SIP, Switch over, Redeem etc... over an app.... I really appreciate the team to build this.

Garbage, doesn’t work. How can a company of this size have such a terrible app?

Trash. You’re a billion dollar company, pay an engineer to fix your environment and user ability. Doesn’t recognize pins, usernames or emails. And asks for a PAN, those don’t exist and when you put in your asset summary number it says it’s not correct. Get it together FTI

Asks for a PAN, never allows login.
Poor application
Unable to log into existing account. Asks for a PAN and I don’t have one when I setup on the desktop version.
Buggy App
I like this app but there is known bug which has not been resolved since long. This happened second time with me. It is happening when I do transaction from DC. I got everything correct till I enter OTP. As soon as I enter OTP and submit, app takes me back to previous screen and shows message that I have canceled transaction. At the same time amount is debited from my account, but transaction status shows as failed. This is major bug and no action is taken from team. I am using 5se with latest iOS12

Too many bugs
The app interface is good but there’s just too many bugs that make the experience a hinderance. The app crashes a lot. You can’t type the PIN properly. The menu bar if slid open doesn’t close back. Just too many small issues that need work on to make user experience smoother. Please work on this.

Hands Down - The Best !!!
Blown away by the features and intuitive navigation... it’s like you guys knew what I want a touch away !! The Super-fast Touch ID access and chat both get my thumbs up 👍👍. The feel is clean and I for one will be transact”app”ing more !!!
