Muy mala

Te hacen ir a las tiendas a esperar más de 15 minutos por una orden y luego dicen que no la pueden enviar y ni siquiera te pagan un dólar

Best driver app

I do not understand all the bad reviews. I love Frayt.

I get consistent work and it pays well.

Support has been amazing. I probably annoy them because I open up alot of tickets because I pick up from the airport almost every day, and flights are delayed, but they’re always real timely in their reply and even pay for wait time.

NOT WORTH (worst gig app out there)

If you do gig work, just know that somehow this app is even worse than the bottom of the barrel orders you can get on DoorDash. The app makes you pay a $40 fee just to sign up and says there are eligible offers in your area. The orders are strictly just Lowe’s orders that don’t pay anything in customers are not even able to leave Tips. Since I have used multiple apps through the years, I noticed as soon as I started using the FRAYT app, that the orders sit there and don’t get taken, then they are immediately outsourced to DoorDash, Uber or Roadie where they will pay more for you to take the gig.

Also after signing up and realizing that all of the orders were only at a Lowe’s that was 30 or 45 minutes away from me, I requested a refund, however they are not willing to refund the application fee.

Very shady business where you as a delivery driver will not profit guaranteed

The mileage they show isn’t the mileage you drive.

I downloaded FRAYT expecting opportunities that would allow fair profit, but many of the loads I’ve seen don’t make financial sense.

For example, they offered a delivery paying $8.25 to transport a 125lbs item for 10 miles but the route to pickup was over 30 miles. Another Job the pay was only $15.75 despite requiring significant travel before even reaching the pickup location and the item weighed 150lbs traveling 25 miles. While the listed route mileage may appear reasonable, drivers must account for the miles driven to the pickup, fuel cost, vehicles maintenance, Insurance, depreciation, and the time spent loading and unloading.

As an independent contractor, drivers are responsible for all operating expenses, when those cost are factored in, many of these offers are extremely low in earnings for tue time and resource required. FRAYT keeps the extra fees for priority runs and also doesn’t pay you for your wait time l.

I would like to see FRAYT give more transparency regarding total mileage and offer total compensation that better reflects the expenses that drivers actually incur. Until then, I would recommend staying away from jobs that are not worth your time or money.

Based on my experience I would recommend other opportunities that pay better and are way more transparent about the dimensions of the cargo you are transporting through apps like: Airspace, Curri, Dispatchit, GoShare, Veho, or even Amazon Flex.

With the cheap offers and no room for negotiating the price I don’t recommend FRAYT to anyone. Your time and money are not worth what they have to offer.

Few requests

It is one of the worst apps; there are very few requests, and most are for small or medium-sized vehicles—it is not designed for large-vehicle requests.

Arrive at Stop Not Working

Accept an order , Drive to Location , Contact support to let them know your at the pickup site.
Wait for the support to unlock the ( Arrive at Location) after giving information to verify that it is your order to deliver. Wait for confirmation from support, then do the same thing over again once you arrive at point B to drop off to the customer. Fix the Geo location on app.
Credit: the support team response time is usually under 2 minutes but, should not have to unlock ever order manually after confirming with every driver for every delivery.
This app used to sense that my phone was at location, now it does not. What happened?
I’ve asked support is this a common problem…? Response :YES , Developers are working on it. Been 2 months so far.
I hesitate to accept delivery orders due to the extra steps to contact support and wait the extra time. Once this is fixed, the app deserves a higher rating but now, No.

No pay at all

They don’t pay at all. I signed up with a cargo van, I had few orders with them and my last order was on about few weeks ago, I had 750 pounds load from Walmart when I asked for the load/unload service they said they don’t have that. So it means you work for free. I hope that will change soon because one rail get the big $ then frat after that we get peanuts.

Few requests

The app is excellent, but the orders are few and do not last for long.

Greed greed greed

Your greed has no bounds. Pay is getting lower and lower. This app turned to the lowest paying junk way too fast. Btw, there is a lawsuit incoming for not complying with California Prop 22

Satisfied

Depending on the area you live in or surrounding area FRAYT is a great option. Depending on the vehicle you drive FRAYT is a great option… i think this app is a great app to have along with other apps

Pay

They don’t pay good at all I tried to talk to them about it but no answer

Disappointing

So I’ve been on this app for about 2 yrs and I can wholeheartedly say, it’s not worth it. So at the time I paid $40 for my background screening and I also paid to increase my vehicle insurance to their accepted standards and what I have made on the app is negligible in comparison to amount paid for the increased car insurance. Firstly, work on the app is NOT consistent, secondly they notify you of jobs that a well over 50 and maybe 100 miles away, so it’s not like you can accept those. The few jobs that are available pays peanuts. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the app itself works appropriately. About to delete my account because I refuse to pay for higher, unnecessary insurance rates to appease a company that has NO WORK available

Disappointed

This app is extremely disappointing. I completed 100% of the application process, provided all required information, and even fixed any missing or mismatched details. Despite that, there is absolutely no demand—no jobs, no opportunities, nothing.

It feels like users are being misled into thinking there is work available when there isn’t. Charging fees or requiring full onboarding without actual demand is unacceptable.

If you’re looking for real work, this is not the app. Save your time and money.

STOP

Stop sending notifications for delivery offers that are 50 miles away from me!!!! All day every day, my phone bugging with useless notifications, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! Or make it possible to exclude particular stores!!!!!

Scam

This app $40 for an application fee just to come back and say my application was not approved even though I know I don’t have anything on my background or my driving record so my application should’ve been they know that they did not service your but still proceed to let you pay that $40 fee for that they can make money off of you apply even though they know that they was not available in my area I shall be reporting a scam to my credit card card company. Don’t worry about it. I will get my $40 back.

A fraud

Terrible experience with Frayt. I applied and was charged $40. After setting up my payment account, they suddenly blocked my profile and forced me to reapply — charging another $40.

When I tried contacting customer service, I discovered they don’t even have a phone number. The only option is a useless AI chat that provides no real help.

Bottom line: I paid $80 and got nothing in return. Extremely unprofessional and very suspicious business practices. I strongly recommend staying away from Frayt.

I will also be filing complaints and sharing my experience on multiple platforms to warn others.

Good for finding deliveries out of town, but...

I had to write this review after getting countless notifications as we speak for a delivery that is literally 100 minutes away from me for $27. They notify you multiple times about deliveries that don't even make sense.

On top of that, getting deliveries in my Metropolitan area is impossible because people have bots that accept deliveries automatically. As soon as they pop up in my city's metropolitan area, they immediately disappear. But then they come back after the person rejects the job, leaving the average Driver with scraps.

They can easily fix this by banning people that cancel too many jobs, but they don't bother.

I give them two stars because good jobs do pop up with an opportunity to take them once in a while, maybe once or twice a week, but it's not worth the countless notifications that you get.

Second positive about this app is that it's actually decent if you're doing deliveries with other companies, and end up far away from the city. They have plenty of opportunities that pop up in Little towns off the highway, especially Walmart.
