FredPlayer

FredPlayer began as a simple solution for my son, Fred: a music player that keeps lullabies and other audio at a more consistent volume, so one quiet track is not followed by another that suddenly plays much louder. Import your own MP3 and FLAC files from the Files app, organize them in a persistent playlist, and listen with continuous playback and shuffle controls. FredPlayer processes decoded audio in real time and provides adjustable leveling strength, compressor threshold, attack, release, output ceiling, and output level controls. The player also includes live waveform and spectrum visualizations, appearance settings, playback controls, and configurable visualization performance options. FredPlayer plays compatible, non-DRM MP3 and FLAC files stored locally or available through the Files app. Important: FredPlayer does not connect to Apple Music and cannot play Apple Music subscription downloads, DRM-protected audio, or music that is available only inside the Music app.
